The river house exceeded our expectations in all aspects – it was a veritable oasis amongst the vibrant hustle and bustle that is ho chi minh, conveniently located just 15 minutes from town, it offered all the luxury of a 5 star resort with the personality of local home away from home. From lounging by the pool watching the passing river traffic, to a sumptuous dinner from the in house chef in the sunken dining room, we cant recommend the place highly enough. The location itself was great, with lots of magnificent local bars and restaurants a short stroll away, we got much more of sense of experiencing Saigon, than we would have being in the centre of town (which was still only a short cab ride away). Of course it is the people you meet that truly make for a great experience and our host Laura, certainly fitted the bill there –going out of her way to make us feel welcome.We will be back and we will stay there againIanOZ Boys tour 2010

Wow! We just had a fabulous holiday at this enchanting villa on the river in Ho Chi Minh City. We were 9 people and we all loved the villa and the gardens and the location. It was so nice to be able to leave the chaos of the center and in ten minute be in a paradise on the river where its quite and beautiful. We tried all the nearby restaurants and loved them all. We enjoyed Happy Hour at "The Deck" several times and it was glorious. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Vietnam. We're going back someday.

I stayed in this wonderful property along the Saigon River with two other friends and can tell you that the service was great and the property was beautiful. Watching boat traffic on the river from the cool pool was a highlight while sipping on a cold beer. Laura is a great host and took care of our every request including guiding us to some great places in Ho Chi Minh City. We are considering returning again!
