MAY-OCTOBER $5,000-$7,000 per midweek (Sunday night through friday mid-day)
$6,000-$7,000 per weekend, $11,000-$13,000 per week
NOVEMBER-APRIL $2,500-$4,000 per midweek (Sunday night through friday mid-day)
$5,000-$6,500 per weekend, $7,500-$9,000 per week
$1,000 Security Deposit, $2,000 deposit upon lease signing
Cleaning Fee: $200-400
