Welcome to the newest and nicest resort in Panama City Beach. Both Towers I and II are open for your use. Our unit is in Tower I on the beach side. We are located on the 12th floor with a great view from the balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. Please view the photos of our unit and we trust you will agree that our unit is furnished very nicely.
We have 3 flat screen TV's with DVD players for your use. We also have a stereo - CD system in our Living room. Our Master bedroom has a King-size bed. Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed. Our Bunk room area can accommodate two kids. For your comfort, this unit has a maximum capacity of 8 people. The check in area for Grand Panama when you arrive is located at 651 Grand Panama Blvd. Suite 106, Panama City Beach, FL 32407 which is in the retail shopping area just north of Tower II. The Bonefish Grill restaurant is in this retail area. Please ask us for the Rental office phone number - should you have any questions when checking in. An office also exist in the lobby of Tower II. On premises Security Personnel are available 24/7 at this resort. If you arrive after 5:00pm and the office is closed, Ask us for the phone number & please call and the Courtesy - Security person on duty will assist you with check in.
The retail area is within walking distance from our unit. You may dine at "Another Broken Egg" restaurant for breakfast or lunch, "The Bonefish Grill" for dinner, and shop at various other ladies and men's clothing stores. A spa facility is also available in the retail area of Grand Panama for massages, manicures etc.
Renters must be at least 25 years of age. This is a non smoking unit. No pets are allowed...all per resort guidelines.

- Tower I has a large pool, a jacuzzi and a children's pool, a first class fitness center is available across the street in Tower II, a second pool and jacuzzi is also available in Tower II for all guests use, parking is available in the garage located in Tower II with a covered walkover to Tower I, you may unpack on arrival at Tower I - luggage carts are available for your convenience when checking in & out, we have 24/7 Security provided at this resort.

- Guests that rent from us via Grand Panama Resort Management receive unlimited DVD rentals, discounts at local golf courses, discounts for SPA services, have access to seasonal beach services (beach chairs & umbrella) and covered parking in our garage. The pool and jacuzzi at Tower II is heated for winter use. This pool is located near the enclosed Fitness Center area.
