Our smoke free home offer views from two HUGE decks, relax while checking out the surf from either third level deck. Enjoy meals on the second level patio deck while looking at the wonderful ocean views and breathtaking sunsets. Our home is three stories with garage parking on first level.
Kitchen has all amenities necessary for great home cooked meals. TVs in master suite, living room, and queen bedroom, XBOX with games included. You will love the luxurious large master suite with ocean view. Las Gaviotas has a pool and Jacuzzi available over looking the beach. Coin operated laundry facilities available at the club house.
Rosarito Beach is nearby with many restaurants to choose from, some of our favorites are El Nido and of course breakfast buffet at Rosarito Beach hotel or La Fonda. Famous Puerto Nuevo just minutes south, where you can dine on the best lobster of your life.

We visit and rent here about three times a year and every time we love it more and more. Nice house, beautiful location and wonderful landlords.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Arriving in Las Gaviotas, we felt like we made it to an amazing resort so convenient to access from OC. The house was perfect to accommodate my group of 10 and the kids loved the foosball in the game room below and the adventure of the 2 man kayak. House has a charm the is second to none, has ample room for relaxing with family and/ BBQ on the deck. Thanks for the perfect vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH HOW MUCH WE ENJOY GOING TO GAVIOTA. THIS IS OUR FIRST CHOICE FOR OUR KIDS AND US TO RELAX AND HAVE SOME LUXURY.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Upon arrival of house we were surprised by how dirty the house was and the mis-conception of the bedroom arrangements. Here is a list of things that we felt were unacceptable: Dirty laundry in and around the washing machine and dryer All showers were dirty with used soap, hair and old shampoo bottles The basement bedding was soiled and needed to be washed before it could be used Dirty dishes in cabinets Broken furniture, both inside and outside Both BBQs were dirty with old food inside ALL floors and rugs were filthy Toilet off the kitchen, barely functioning Basement room was also used as a storage for old broken appliances Basement bedroom had a separate entrance that was not disclosed in the Rental listing Listing pictures were very deceiving. This property could be a great place with some TLC. Los Gaviotas is a very nice, clean, safe place to go. We will definitely be back, in the summer months.
