This home is located within 15 miles of Bryant Denny Stadium and is located just off Highway 43 north of Tuscaloosa. Why stay in a crowded hotel when you and your family can stay in an A Frame lake house complete with 2 full bedrooms, Loft and two Dens. This home has two outdoor decks that overlook the water, views from nearly every room. This property also has a boat dock on sight as well as gentle sloping waterfront that is perfect for small kids and kids of any age to swim and have great family fun.

This home has been recently updated throughout and new construction on the lower floor. This is a three story home with a new sunroom and/or bedroom on the first floor along with a laundry room and storage(great for water toys that you can bring with you). The main floor has a den, master, bath and kitchen. The top floor has another bedroom, loft and a second bath. Have kids...put them upstairs while you entertain your friends on the lower level and deck. Bring your friends, bring you water toys, bring your boat, and most of all have a great time!
