WOW, CHECK US OUT, & don't miss out on our AMAZING peaceful home, on this beautiful deep saltwater canal. I can't possible describe the feeling of serenity you get looking out from our pool , it's just wonderful. Come sit on out deck, relax & watch the fish jump. The peace is almost overwhelming and believe it or not, even the children love it. Once you get here you'll understand it's just a special place. I realize that sounds like a salespitch, but it's not, I promise you that. If you don't believe me, read the feedback, & believe them!
One thing I I know, what you may rent else where is a just a house, a place to lay your head at night. What you rent here is not just a home, but a special home with a special feeling in it, come enjoy our home and enjoy the feeling you get relaxing by the canal and enjoying the fish jump at sunrise or sunset, I promise you, you'll love it.
There are sliding glass doors in almost every room. All sliding glass doors look out at the pool and the BEAUTIFUL Salt Water Canal. This particular canal is one of the main canals in Palm Coast and leads out quickly to the Gorgeous Halifax River (AKA the Intracoastal Waterway or ICW), from there it's just a quick trip by boat to the Matanzas Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean, so if you have toys to bring (boats) bring them.
Upon entry to our home, you look to the left & you'll find the living room with all leather furniture which includes a comfy queen size sofa bed. There's a TV in every room & in the living room this includes a DVD player/cable box with almost every channel imaginable.

The family room is located straight out from the front door & also includes a comfy sofa that turns into queen size sofa bed, it has a leather recliner you'll never want to get out of. The family room also has a desktop computer with DSL & WIFI for your added convenience.
The Master bedroom (located off of the living/dining room) boasts a king size bed & has an oversized sliding glass door overlooking the pool/jacuzzi (for your night time soaks it's a quick in & out). The bedroom & the Jacuzzi also overlooks the salt water canal. The bedroom connects to the master bath.
The 2nd bedroom (opposite side of house) has a Queen size bed & is just steps away from the 2nd bath which contains the ohhhh so lovely jetted bath with lots of lovely bath oils & candles to relax your muscles from your days vacation adventures.
We have a 2 car garage which boasts a washer, dryer & wash out sink.
On the flip side of the coin, we know when you go on vacation you may be looking for a few other things besides just a quiet place to stay. You may be looking for ACTION! Perhaps the beach, biking, hiking, fishing, surfing, golfing, swimming,tennis, there are so many possibilities and Palm Coast can make them all happen. We are in the center of it all. St Augustine to the North, it's such a quaint old city full of history and beauty. Daytona to the South, Orlando and Disney to the West (that takes care of the action) and of course the Beach to the East. Palm Coast boasts some of the best in golfing, and you wouldn't believe the nature trails right around the corner from our home. We've got a dock in our backyard for fishing or boating, if you've got a boat, bring it with you.
And, as we've already told you we happily provide a pair of bicycles, men & women's 26" for your pleasure, (liability waiver's must be signed).

LOCATION, location, location. In the center of everything, but next to nothing. A quick drive where ever you want to go, but sitting in the backyard your in your own private paradise...total privacy to do as you please, total quiet to enjoy your thoughts.
We go out of our way to see that you have your every need when you arrive, from the simple things like sugar and spice, to the unusual thing, but necessary things like beach bags and chairs.
We know that clean, fluffly towels are on your mind, but when you've come to a house on the water you may want fishing poles and a bait box too.
When you get where you are going you don't want to worry about the small stuff, you just want to kick back and relax and that's what we have in mind for you too. With that said, we take care of the small stuff for you.
When you stay here you'll never fear, we've fresh clean bed linens, from the master king sheets and queens linens to the sofa bed sheets and the roll-a-way too.
You don't have to shop for the paper towels or laundry detergent, dish soap or, people soap, we covered it all.
We've also gone the extra mile and supplied bath oil and candles for an evening soak.

We stayed at the house for a week in December and were very pleased with the house and how well it worked for us. The home is as it looks in the pictures with no surprises. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is central to all we wanted to do which was mostly just relax. We rode bikes and used the pool area every day with a one day trip to Orlando, about an hour and a half drive. There are many parks and walking trails as well as several small family owned restaurants within a short drive. While I brought a road bike there were two cruisers in the garage along with fishing gear should you want to through in a line. The house is set up with two sitting areas that make it perfect if there are two couples or for adult children to have their own space. We found it to be very clean and functional without being overdone, you felt like you could use the house and we quickly became very comfortable. We have rented other houses where you always feel like you are invading someone else's space or didn't dare touch anything - not so here. We brought our small dog and she quickly found her places to sit and could walk around in a fenced area off from the pool. If you are looking to relax and feel comfortable in a clean safe environment you will like this house. We have recommended the house to our friends and we plan to go back ourselves.

My husband and I stayed for ten days in October 2011 and we loved it. The house is super clean and neat and organized. The pool and hot tub were great too! Loved swimming in the pool upon waking up such a bonus and that it is private. Dock and fishing was so much fun the fish literally jump on the rod. The owners are so nice and friendly, if you need anything they are available asap! We truly enjoyed our time and we will definately be back again!!!!

Thank you Ellen & Carl for a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation in your beautiful home. It was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi and our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. Your home has everything, even a heated towel rack and far exceeded our expectations. The only bad thing was that we had to leave. We would recommend your home to the fussiest vacationers. We will certainly be back.

We recently stayed at this property while visiting family who live in Palm Coast. Our experience was extremely positive and professional right from our initial contact with the owners. Everything was as described and shown in photos - very clean, comfortable and comprehensive. The heated pool and jacuzzi were great, the atmosphere serene. As other reviewers have noted, great thought and attention have been given to the small things that make for an easy visit, from Wi-Fi to sugar and dishwasher detergent. Highly recommended for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Just returned from one of the most relaxing vacations that I can remember! The owners are great hosts and their home is beautiful! They provide everything you could possibly need to have a great vacation in their home....from a fully stocked kitchen (just bring your food), paper products, soap products, plentiful towels, bikes, fishing rods, a barbeque grill and even a packed beach bag that included sun screen! You don't find these kind of extras in most vacation rentals and my aunt and I were very impressed! The location is great for exploring both St. Augustine and Daytona. Both are just a quick drive away and make for great day trips with plenty to see and do. Flagler Beach (just hop on I-95S and go one exit down from Palm Coast) is a beautiful beach that goes on for miles and is not too crowded. We enjoyed going to the beach and walking each day of our vacation. We also enjoyed the crystal clear pool and the view of the canal from the pool and patio area could not be beat! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet with easy access to shopping, dining, and the interstate.Overall, a great spot for a vacation! We will definitely return!! Thanks Ellen and Karl!

This was our second year staying at this beautiful property. This is a great place to get away from the rat race. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished and well maintained. The pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful and we spent a lot of time in the water. The owners are great people and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The property is close to St Augustine, Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach, for day trips, but it is still off of the beaten path and away from the maddening crowds. There are many restaurants near-by as well as a pub or two. We highly recommend this property to any and all who are looking to get away and some privacy

We just spent a wonderful week at this property. Ellen and Karl's thoughtfulness and great communication made everything easy. The little extras such as plenty of quality linens, beautiful furnishings, WIFI, packed beach bag, bikes and more - add a luxurious touch to this clean & bright home. We loved swimming in the pool after a fun day of sightseeing and we never tired of the canal view. Excellent location near shopping, beaches and St. Augustine.
