Now, add a sunrise, or a sunset, and look out, you are in heaven...
Our home is a totally remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath private home. We have all new tile and wood floors, updated stainless and black kitchen with new appliances, sliding glass doors in almost every room looking out at the beautiful salt water canal. Our home is located on one of the main canals in Palm Coast and leads out quickly to the Gorgeous Halifax River (better known as the Intracoastal Waterway), from there it's just a quick trip to the Matanzas Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean.
We welcome you to bring your boats, bring your jets skis, and enjoy paradise, and serenity. But with or without a boat, the fishing is great, the quiet is unbelievable and the views are TREMENDOUS!! We are talking serious QUIET, totally PEACEFUL AND completely RELAXING....This is not just a house to rent, this is a home, and we welcome you to ours.
When you enter our home, you'll find the living room with all leather furniture which also includes a comfy queen size sofa bed. Of course this includes a TV and in this case a DVD player and the cable set is located in the living room with almost every channel imaginable. Just off the living room is the dining room, and leading off the dining room are sliding glass doors to the pool.
The family room includes a comfy sofa that turns into queen size sofa bed, it has a leather recliner you'll never want to get out of, the TV in the family room includes a VCR. The family room also has a desktop computer with DSL for your added convenience. So whether your just a couple looking for the perfect hide-a-way, or a larger group looking for a great get-a-way we've got the place for you!
The Master bedroom boasts a king size bed and has an oversized sliding glass door overlooking the pool and jacuzzi (for your night time soaks it's a quick in and out). The bedroom and the Jacuzzi also overlooks the salt water canal. The bedroom connects to the remodeled master bath with a step in shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and is just steps away from the second bath which contains the ohhhh so lovely jetted bath with lots of lovely bath oils and candles to relax your muscles from your days vacation adventures.
Our home includes a 2 car garage which hosts a washer, dryer and wash out sink.

We know when you go on vacation your looking for a few things, action, the beach, biking, hiking, quiet, serenity, fishing, surfing, golfing, swimming, there are so many possibilities and Palm Coast can make them all happen. We are in the center of them all. St Augustine to the North, Daytona to the South, Orlando and Disney to the West (that takes care of the action) and of course the Beach to the East, so you know we've got the surfing and the fishing. Palm Coast boasts some of the best in golfing, you wouldn't believe the nature trails right here in our own back yard. We've got the bikes for you, we've got a dock in our back yard, the pool to swim in. We offer a kind of quiet serene backyard that is just outstanding, we actually have an osprey that lands in the lot next to ours and sings to us at sundown almost every evening. Now where else can you find that?
What I'm trying to tell you is that our home is in the perfect spot for your special vacation!
And, We happily provide a pair of bicycles, men's 26" and women's 26" for your pleasure, of course you must sign a liability waiver, and you are responsible for them, but they are great fun.
**Note, we offer dog owners a place to go with their pets, but we pride ourselves in our cleaning, you'd never know a pet was in our home. Never any smell, never any varmits (fleas, etc), all rugs (only room size rugs or throws) are steamed or washed after each rental. So, if your not a pet owner, trust us, you will never know there was a pet there!!

ELLEN AND KARL are retired with 4 children and 7 grandkids. We could be hanging with the grandkids, or we could be out spending their inheritance. We also could be out relaxing at the beach, which could also mean we are so busy we are just not that great at keeping up our rental calendar. Please forgive us. The Unique Benefits of this Private Home
We go out of our way to supply as many things as we can for you. The big things, and the little things, the important and the not so important things. We've fluffy white towels, fresh clean bed linens too, from the master king sheets and queens linens as well to the sofa bed sheets and the roll-a-way too. There's the paper towels and the washing machine detergent, the dish soap and the dishwasher soap and then, there's the people soap too. We've also got bath oil and candles for an evening soak.
We've got all your spices, sugar too. Then there's the dishes the pots the pans and the and the napkins too! Let's not forget the silverware and the cooking tools and we've got a BBQ and we've even got tools for that as well!
