We stayed at the house for a week in December and were very pleased with the house and how well it worked for us. The home is as it looks in the pictures with no surprises. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is central to all we wanted to do which was mostly just relax. We rode bikes and used the pool area every day with a one day trip to Orlando, about an hour and a half drive. There are many parks and walking trails as well as several small family owned restaurants within a short drive. While I brought a road bike there were two cruisers in the garage along with fishing gear should you want to through in a line. The house is set up with two sitting areas that make it perfect if there are two couples or for adult children to have their own space. We found it to be very clean and functional without being overdone, you felt like you could use the house and we quickly became very comfortable. We have rented other houses where you always feel like you are invading someone else's space or didn't dare touch anything - not so here. We brought our small dog and she quickly found her places to sit and could walk around in a fenced area off from the pool. If you are looking to relax and feel comfortable in a clean safe environment you will like this house. We have recommended the house to our friends and we plan to go back ourselves.

My husband and I stayed for ten days in October 2011 and we loved it. The house is super clean and neat and organized. The pool and hot tub were great too! Loved swimming in the pool upon waking up such a bonus and that it is private. Dock and fishing was so much fun the fish literally jump on the rod. The owners are so nice and friendly, if you need anything they are available asap! We truly enjoyed our time and we will definately be back again!!!!

Thank you Ellen & Carl for a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation in your beautiful home. It was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi and our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. Your home has everything, even a heated towel rack and far exceeded our expectations. The only bad thing was that we had to leave. We would recommend your home to the fussiest vacationers. We will certainly be back.

We recently stayed at this property while visiting family who live in Palm Coast. Our experience was extremely positive and professional right from our initial contact with the owners. Everything was as described and shown in photos - very clean, comfortable and comprehensive. The heated pool and jacuzzi were great, the atmosphere serene. As other reviewers have noted, great thought and attention have been given to the small things that make for an easy visit, from Wi-Fi to sugar and dishwasher detergent. Highly recommended for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Just returned from one of the most relaxing vacations that I can remember! The owners are great hosts and their home is beautiful! They provide everything you could possibly need to have a great vacation in their home....from a fully stocked kitchen (just bring your food), paper products, soap products, plentiful towels, bikes, fishing rods, a barbeque grill and even a packed beach bag that included sun screen! You don't find these kind of extras in most vacation rentals and my aunt and I were very impressed! The location is great for exploring both St. Augustine and Daytona. Both are just a quick drive away and make for great day trips with plenty to see and do. Flagler Beach (just hop on I-95S and go one exit down from Palm Coast) is a beautiful beach that goes on for miles and is not too crowded. We enjoyed going to the beach and walking each day of our vacation. We also enjoyed the crystal clear pool and the view of the canal from the pool and patio area could not be beat! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet with easy access to shopping, dining, and the interstate.Overall, a great spot for a vacation! We will definitely return!! Thanks Ellen and Karl!

This was our second year staying at this beautiful property. This is a great place to get away from the rat race. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished and well maintained. The pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful and we spent a lot of time in the water. The owners are great people and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The property is close to St Augustine, Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach, for day trips, but it is still off of the beaten path and away from the maddening crowds. There are many restaurants near-by as well as a pub or two. We highly recommend this property to any and all who are looking to get away and some privacy

The homeowners did a wonderful job, from start to finish, to ensure that our stay was comfortable and stress free. From the abundance of towels, the variety of cookware and utensils to the packed beach tote; every detail was considered. We've stayed in rental properties before and this one was stellar is at the top of our list. Renters can access everyroom and amenity on the property- including the garage door remote! The furniture was in pristine condition and the decore was up to date and tasteful. Each of those small details made it hard to pack up and leave... we've been home for a week and a half- but my heart is still there. I'd recommend this property to anyone I talk to... if I weren't concerned about losing are week to rent in the future!

Wonderful vacation

We (husband, dog and me) had a great vacation. Everythiing was as stated in the advertisement and more. The house was clean, great beds and pillows, plenty of towels - just anything you might need besides clothes and food is provided. Although we had great plans to fish, bike etc, we ended up just relaxing by the pool for the entire week. We did managed to make it to the beach a few times and they were very clean and not very populated.The drive to the beach is a nice drive with very little traffic. It might take 15 minutes at the most to get to several different beach areas. We are planning on returning next year and repeating the same vacation.

WOW! What a spectacular time we had again this year in Palm Coast! When we arrived we noticed the freshly painted house. Then when we stepped inside, the interior also had some great changes. Nice job Ellen & Karl. Really, you couldn't ask for better hosts, they both go out of their way to make your stay a great one. They keep you informed on all the activities that go on around the area. We have so much here it really is hard to pull ourselves away to do something else. When we first arrived here we were serenaded by ospreys every morning for weeks. There are all types of different birds around for observation. Again this stay, we had a dolphin swim right behind the house. There is plenty of sun and peace and quiet, which is right up our alley. We really enjoyed the bikes this year, the bike paths are super around here. In our opinion, the accommodations here are the best!! Having a heated pool is a plus, especially during the cooler months. Not only did we enjoy the time here, but our dog also did with a fenced in area & being on cameleon (lizard) watch around & around the lanai. She was fun to watch! We know she will miss this place for sure as we will also. We will be leaving refreshed, relaxed & happy as it is just what was needed. We have found a new friendship with the Tozzi's as they have made us feel like family. Once again, thanks for sharing your home, we had a wonderful time & Lord willing we will be back next year!!

Perfection!

We have rented several properties over the years and this house was by far the most thoughtfully and completely equiped. The owners even provided bikes and a crab trap for our amusement!!! This was our first time on a canal and we absolutely loved it. We were constantly entertained by the variety of water birds, the resident osprey and fish. The location was ideal for us...close to golf courses, shopping and the Publix less than 2 miles away. My favorite feature of the house was the view from almost every room in the house and the lanai where we watched the sunrise sipping our morning coffee, grilling, reading in the afternoon sun and sipping red wine watching the birds catch their last meal before retiring for the evening. Even our shih tzu, Lil Bit, loved lazing in the sun in the fenced yard or in the lanai. The Tozzis couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. The house was impeccably maintained and so comfortable...nicer than home! We spent two weeks over the Christmas holiday and felt this was the best family vacation with so many fond memories in a beautiful setting. The only downside was that we had to leave and go home.

You truly do not need to bring anything except your clothes! The bikes were so much fun to ride through the nearby nature trails (we even rode along beside the ICW)!! Great fun!! My mom and dad really enjoyed relaxing in your home! Even Maggie and Huckleberry had a great time playing in the backyard, riding in our canoe that we brought with us, and barking at the jumping fish!! Was an awesome house. We really enjoyed the whole place, the house, the canal, the pool, and the grill. Our 7 year old loved the pool and our 13 year old loved the internet. Everyone was happy, we even caught a few fish. We went to the beach at Flagler and it was really nice not too crowded and it did have a shower and restrooms to change out of wet our clothes. The Daytona Lagoon waterpark was OK we went in the evening so it wasn't too pricey. The boys enjoyed it. We really enjoyed meeting Ellen and Karl. It was a good experience all around. Ellen is on top of answering any questions you may have. They make you feel welcome in every way. Great Landlords.

Ellen and Karl, we had a wonderful time on our get-a-way. The house exceeded our wildest expectations. I could tell it was nice in the pictures, but they can't show the comforable "feel" of the house. My kids spent most of the time in the pool (with perfect water temperature.) We also had a "ghost" tour thru Saint Augustine by horse drawn carraige. The town was so lovely we went back the next day to tour the lighthouse and take the kids to Rippleys Museum. We visited Crescent Beach (very beautiful) but went to Flagler Beach the other times because the outside showers made it easier with the kids. Thank you for packing us a beach bag. It came in handy (as did all of your tips.) I've never rented from people who showed such hospitality. You really did make this our home away from home. It was nice meeting you and Karl. Thanks Again!!!!

This was our first experience with VRBO and I cannot say enough good things about the property owners or the property. We arrived on a Friday night to an immaculate home that was more than we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed the home as well as the amenities. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome and the setting was very relaxing and peaceful. We met the owners the following day and found them to be as hospitable as the property. They made us feel completely at home. We cannot wait to return. I would recommend the property to any and all friends and family. We enjoyed riding bicycles on the near-by bike trail as well as visting the local restaurants. It is a short trip to the beach, the Daytona Kennel Club and St. Augustine.

My family and I recently stayed at the Tozzi's Palm Coast home. It was absolutely the best vacation we've had yet. When the boys walked into the home the first thing they said was "Wow!!!" The home was beautiful, extremely spacious, and accessible for our son in a wheelchair. The kids could fish on the dock and swim anytime they liked, which they did every single day. We were only 20 minutes or less away from the St. Augustine attractions and enjoyed taking short day trips to the tourist sites and then getting away from it at this home. The boys fished at dawn and dusk and caught tons of fish (red fish, pin fish, black drum, big blue crabs, and even a puffer fish), some even big enough to keep! The home even had a crab trap you could use. Though we didn't use it, it's obvious with the amount of blue crabs hanging out that it'd be full in no time. There was also a perfect fenced in area for our dog who loved this home. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautifully kept. It's a perfect spot for any family wanting to do it all. We highly recommend this home!

We just returned from our vacation at 7 Fleming Court. The accommodations were much more than we could have imagined. Ellen and Karl's attention to detail was phenomenal, we had everything we needed!! The pool was so nice and refreshing. Our Jack Russell loved the back yard. We had a wonderful stay at your home and really appreciate your hospitality. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to the area.

Thanks Ellen & Karl for the special attention you so willingly give to your guests. We truly felt at home in your home! We felt comfortable to call or email when we had questions. We enjoyed the pool and sitting in the lanai watching for bird action. We sure did get some of that. A dolphin swam by, we had a special guest (homing pigeon) wanting to join in a swim, ospreys flying overhead, pellicans and many others! We also enjoyed using the bikes. Your home was everything we were looking for. Johnny enjoyed the fishing pier and the bicycle. I loved the quiet and watching the osprey. We both used the pool and Jacuzzi. It was so easy to zip onto the interstate and visit the museums in old town St. Augustine or the beaches and fishing pier down at Flagler. We sampled several different beaches and enjoyed them all. We also found several great restaurants in the area. I took over a thousand photos at the Merritt Island Wildlife Sanctuary. When I get them sorted out I will send you some of my favorites along with the ones of your osprey. Thanks again for a wonderful retreat. Connie

Thank you, thank you, Ellen and Karl. We had a wonderful time and you guys were great. The house was everything we hoped for and the location was so safe that we actually left our Yorkies alone for the very first time ever and went out to dinner - twice!! We have never felt comfortable enough to leave them alone at a place we rented. The beaches are close by and we went every day. We also went for hikes in the national parks. We barbequed swam in the pool and chilled in the hot tub and the jacuzzi. In the evenings we sat on the dock and watched the sun set. There are great restaurants close by as well as supermarkets and pharmacies - even a Walmart Superstore about 10 minutes away. We WILL be back. Christine and Gus and Tyson and Big Boy too.

Far enough from home but close to everything we needed, even Starbucks! The pool was great and I have proof that you CAN get a great tan thru the pool screen enclosure. The enclosed yard where our miniature schnauzer could go out was handy too. You guys truly thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much.

This is a really great house. It is quite, yet close enough to anything you need. Saint Augustine is less than a half hour away. The beach is about ten minutes away, and there is enough public parking for everyone. The house itself is great and even comes with fishing poles and a crab trap. (no experience necessary!) Starbucks and Publix are within a mile of the house, and it is a nice walk. If you are looking for relaxation, this house is a steal. Thanks again Ellen and Karl.

Stayed 2 mos - Feb & March of 2009 . House is quite nice - actually better than its Pic's on the web site.Would Highly recomend - I may return there next yr myself $$ Permitting. Location great too !
