Resort-style, lake front vacation casita in Fountain Hills is now available for fall booking at considerable savings. We are booked solid from January to March, 2010, but have discounted weeks available in October, November and December, 2009. These discounted weeks are starting to fill quickly.
This bungalow style casita is extremely private, with only one partial neighbor. Roll your suitcase directly into the suite from the covered parking - absolutely no stairs to climb. This casita simply has one of the best views in the region - looking onto the lake, the hourly fountain display, and hills with luxury homes and giant saguaro cacti. Brand new carpeting was installed in the living and bedroom in August 2009.
The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV, DVD recorder and queen size sofa-bed. A french door leads to the private patio with gorgeous lake views. New patio furniture has recently been added for comfortable outdoor meals.
The large bedroom has loads of storage space, mirrored closet doors, cable TV, separate vanity and washroom area, and sliding doors to the patio. Fresh linens and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and linens, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, stacked washer/dryer and has both a breakfast bar and brand new four person dining area with views of desert foliage.
Lakeside Resort Casitas is a well managed complex with a gorgeous swimming pool and whirlpool spa under graceful palm trees. On-site management will also enhance your stay.
Fountain Hills is a wonderful community with million dollar views of the mountains, desert cacti and foliage, and the fountain and lake. It has a "get-away" resort feel, but is just moments away from Scottsdale and the Mayo Clinic and a half-hour from the Phoenix airport on the Beeline Highway.
Fountain Hills' grocery stores, banks, restaurants, coffee shops and services are within walking distance of the resort. Phoenix and Scottsdale's sporting events, shopping centres and outlet malls are with a half hour's drive either down the quick Beeline Highway or Shea Boulevard.
The resort is also minutes away from four golf courses, the McDowell Mountain Park, Saguaro Lake and the exciting 24-hour Fort McDowell Casino.
Visitors can take easy day trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Tuscon or even Nogales, Mexico!

Your "casita" was everything we expected and more. It was charming and romantic...the fireplace and fountain together kept us congratulating ourselves for taking advantage of a small amount of open time a cancellation provided. What a beautiful unit! The minute you walk in the door you know you are going to have a wonderful, relaxing visit. You have thought of everything. Can't tell how much it meant to us to spend our vacation here. Hans and Franz would have such a good time at the gorgeous pool while Tiger and his buddy hit the links.

We had a grand time in AZ. Weather was mostly in the high 60s. We loved Fountain Hills but also enjoyed side trips to Wickenburg, Jerome, Prescott, Gilbert, Scottsdale and Phoenix. Lovely view from your living room and patio. We now travel back to cold Michigan!!!

We have had such a wonderful 8 days! Your beautiful condo is in such a lovely place. The weather has been perfect everyday. Our balloon trip over the desert, the 2 night stay in Williams at the Red Garter Bed and Bakery, the train trip to the Grand Canyon, Sedona were all great fun.
