Lovely vintage rental 7 blocks from downtown in Ashland's historic Railroad District. RL Carey house was built in 1880 but is equipped with all of life's modern conveniences.
The rental is the entire main floor of the house, it has its own private entrance off the front porch. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and one with a twin (trundle underneath pops out another twin bed). There is one bathroom with an extra deep bathtub.
In the backyard is a large Marquis Reward spa as well as the back porch with charcoal BBQ and room to sunbathe. The side patio is shady and perfect for outdoor dining. Wall/window air conditioning units keep the rental cool during the warm summer months, it also comes equipped with ceiling fans and portable fans in the closets.
Wireless high speed internet and premium cable TV package are included. Large, quality libraries of VHS and DVD movies and books to keep you entertained.
