LOCATION~~LOCATION! You can't get any closer to the beach than 113 Breakers! This DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo is just steps from the beach. Listen to the waves and enjoy breathtaking views from your private balcony. You may see dolphins as they frequently swim near shore.
The Breakers is a relatively small, family friendly complex on North Forest Beach. On-site swimming pools (regular & kiddie) are located next to sand dunes with palm trees and tropical landscaping. A private boardwalk for Breakers guests allows QUICK & EASY access to the beach with an outdoor shower station for the return.
The Breakers sit elevated (open underneath). To access #113 you climb one flight of stairs...AND...you get a private, unobstructed "Second Floor" view of the beach and ocean from your living room and balcony! We are ABSOLUTELY, true OCEANFRONT...not in the "horseshoe" which is farther back and less private. Because of the elevated design, covered parking is available.
This one bedroom unit is ideal for a couple or small family. It will easily accommodate four adults with a private bedroom (queen bed) and a living area with queen sofabed plus a shutter door that can be closed for privacy. There is a ceiling fan in both the living room and bedroom. Also, there is a 32-inch TV with cable and DVD/VCR player in the living room, and a 22-inch TV with cable in the bedroom. A full bathroom, equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer inside the unit help to make this your perfect island getaway. Bed linens and bath towels are provided (bring your own beach towels). Starter bath/kitchen necessities and DEPARTURE CLEANING are INCLUDED.
Here, you will be at the most desirable and convenient BEACH location on the island. Everything needed for a great vacation may be found within a very short walk from The Breakers. You don't even need a car with popular Coligny Plaza located directly across the street! The Plaza has over 60 shops and restaurants including a grocery store, bakery, and coffee shop. Bike rentals, miniature golf and other activities are also located within easy walking distance. World class golf and a variety of charter boat tours are available a few minutes drive from The Breakers.
~ 113 Breakers is maintained as a PRIVATE family vacation home. Absolutely NO-SMOKING and NO-PETS allowed...minimun age 25 required to rent. All POLICIES STRICTLY ENFORCED! INSPECTIONS are conducted at the beginning and end of each stay. Guests are responsible for any loss/damage.~

I must say the view from your unit is the BEST! I love to hear the ocean waves--slept in the living room with the door open and air off and it was great! I really enjoyed my time in your condo...you both have been so very nice and helpful! Thanks for the late check out arrangements, it was very hard to leave that breathtaking view.
