LOCATION~LOCATION: You can't get any closer to the fun than this Breakers condo! We are TRUE OCEANFRONT...not in the "Horseshoe" where units sit farther back and are less private. Our condo is 1st-floor...however, we have a 2nd-floor VIEW because the building sits elevated (open underneath)...this also means covered parking is available.
From our balcony you can RELAX, listen to waves and enjoy breathtaking VIEWS of the beach and ocean. You may see DOLPHINS as they frequently swim near shore.
The Breakers is "family friendly" with swimming pools (regular & kiddie) located next to dunes and palm trees. Our unit is just steps from the beach...a Breakers boardwalk allows QUICK & EASY access plus a shower/rinse station.
This one bedroom unit is ideal for a couple or small family. We have a full bath, well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer inside the unit. The bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan/light, and a 22-inch wall mounted TV. The living area has a Queen sofabed, ceiling fan, 32-inch TV with cable and DVD/VCR player, and a shutter door for privacy.
You will be at the most desirable and convenient BEACH location on HHI. Everything needed for a great vacation may be found within a short walk...you won't even need a car with popular Coligny Plaza located across the street! The Plaza has shops and restaurants including a grocery store, bakery, and coffee shop. Golf and charter boat tours are available within a few minutes drive.
BICYCLING is VERY popular on HHI with 100 miles of paved, dedicated Leisure Trails AND easy riding over miles of beautiful BEACH. The League of American Bicyclists has designated HHI as a "Bicycle Friendly Community". Book our condo and ask about DISCOUNT weekly BIKE RENTALS...delivery included.
Fresh bed LINENS and bath TOWELS provided on arrival (BRING your Beach Towels). Starter bath/kitchen necessities and DEPARTURE CLEAN included.
This condo is our FAMILY vacation home. Please, NO-SMOKING...NO-PETS...MINIMUM AGE 25 REQUIRED to rent AND the person signing the Rental Agreement MUST occupy the condo during reserved dates. POLICIES are ENFORCED! Inspections conducted before/after each guest.

My sister and I are so happy we stayed in your condo. Very nice and clean and the bed is the best. Would love to purchase that same mattress! We loved the ocean view. The condo is so close to everything and we so much enjoyed Sea Pines. Saw 3 alligators. It was so nice to meet you and thank you for carrying in our luggage. What service! Thanks for the late check out, we didn't want to leave. I hope we will return soon.

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our week in your unit. It was clean, neat, and well appointed. We sat on the balcony early each evening taking in the awesome view and the great breeze! The location is the best, so convenient to everything we wanted to do on the island. We hated that the vacation had to end, but we are looking forward to returning. Thanks again!

I must say the view from your unit is the BEST! I love to hear the ocean waves--slept in the living room with the door open and air off and it was great! I really enjoyed my time in your condo...you both have been so very nice and helpful! Thanks for the late check out arrangements, it was very hard to leave that breathtaking view.
