Wonderful Riverbend complex that is located right next to the Snowflake Ski Lift. You don't have to haul your equipment for blocks or take a bus to the lift. This Riverbend complex is truly SKI-IN/SKI-OUT.
Our condo has been recently renovated this year. It has vaulted ceilings in the living room, master bedroom and the second bedroom. It is an end unit which is larger than most and allows for the rooms to be larger and with more windows.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath. The second bedroom has a king bed with two twins and a full bath. The unit has a full size washer and dryer and DSL high speed wireless access.
Main street Breckenridge is walkable on Four O'Clock Road or if you don't feel like walking there is a bus stop located 50 yards from the complex. The bus gives you access to anywhere you would want to go in town. There is a heated underground parking garage that keeps you and your car out of the elements. Off the garage there is a private indoor ski locker for the unit.
There are 2 hot tubs (one indoor, one outdoor), a sauna, a steam room and a workout room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything that you would need to prepare a meal. TV's and VCR/or DVD are in each room.

My family and I stayed here over Spring Break 2013 and we were very happy with the condo and the service provided by the owner. The location, right next to the Snowflake lift, was perfect. We were able to jump on the lift in the morning and ski home for lunch which saved us a lot of money since eating in the restaurants on the mountain costs a small fortune. We've spent Spring Break in Breckenridge the last several years and this was the best spot so far. Additional Reasons to Stay Here: *Indoor parking *Ski rental & storage right next to the Snowflake Lift *Spacious condo with vaulted ceilings and large picture windows *Comfortable beds *Updated fixtures and furnishings *Helpful owner The condo was clean and well-maintained with plenty of towels, extra blankets and televisions / DVD players in the bedrooms and living room. We appreciated the radiant heated floors which keep us warm as the temperatures dipped below zero. We would definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This ski in/ski out condo was a wonderful home away from home for our family. The condo is decorated beautifully, comes with a fully stocked kitchen, and was spotless and clean. The owners were very helpful and accessible when answering any questions we had about the property. The ski locker in the heated garage was a bonus. It was great to not have to get in and out of a vehicle with ski equipment each day. The Snowflake lift, which is literally only steps from the condo, gives easy access to all levels of skiers choice of runs, and lift tickets can be obtained right at this lift. No lines to wait in or parking hassles! We appreciated the luggage carts for guest use and an elevator, which made for easy transfering of our "stuff" from the garage to this second floor condo. This condo was very quiet and peaceful. Other condo's we have rented in the past have required a five night minimum. We were here for three nights in March - which fit our schedule perfectly. There were beds for six, and ample room to sit at the dining table together or relax in the living room area. Wifi was easy to access. Over the years we have rented a variety of VRBO homes in or near Breckenridge. This condo was rated the best by our family and we would rent this condo again. It would be a great place to stay for a summer vacation too - as there are two balconies, and the location has the feel of being in the mountains - peaceful, easy access to hiking - yet close to downtown shops. Great location!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is a great location. I have stayed at this condo many times. Truly the perfect ski-in/ski-out. Makes it nice to ski in for a quick lunch. Short walking distance into town. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. Newly updated baths. Nice kitchen also. We would stay at this condo in a heartbeat again. Love the fireplace after skiing. I'm missing Breckenridge already!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo was beautiful. perfectly situated near the snow flake ski lift, it had all the comforts of home. Spacious feel, comfortable furniture for 7+ in the living room. Well lit, beautiful views. Convenient and HEATED garage. Easy wifi access, a well appointed kitchen. Easy walk to the action. Highly reccomend. Loved the gas fireplace and the flatscreen tvs. well decorated.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
