Thank you for an exceptional four days in your lovely house. It was better than we expected, we had a hard time leaving. I think all 22 guests would agree that this was the best away from home experience we all had together. Thank you, thank you, and we will be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Dear Michael: Thank you for your kind remarks. I'm so glad your family had a good time at the house. I'm happy. All the best, Wendy

I organized a small group of Friends for an informal reunion of U of O Theater-Dance-Music Major from the 80's. After looking on line for Hotel rooms I ran across this house rental. I penciled out the number and sent out the word to my friends, within hours we had filled all 11 room plus more! Our group grew to 30 (not all sleeping in the house) and we had the very best time. Everyone said how great staying together in the house MADE our weekend. Everyone was comfortable and had all the Privacy they wanted and could find space away from the main group to reconnect. It was perfect. We had space to seat everybody on the patio for a great meal. The only negative was there isn't a lot of counter space in the kitchen, which could be a little tight, but there was plenty of stove top space and Two refrigerators. We were in easy walking distance to everything on Campus and a good grocery store a short walk away. The owners responded quickly with any request (they sent over their own food processor and brand new sheets) and the housekeeper was darling! She help us cheerfully and FOUND my lost eyeglasses. It was perfect! We had a Massage therapist one afternoon set up in the master with the private bathroom with two doors meant it we could come and go like a SPA. We are already talking about doing it AGAIN. We wouldn't do it in Eugene if we couldn't get THIS house!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We really, really loved this place. The owners were exceptionally kind and flexible. The property itself is in great shape and has anything and everything you could need. Renting this house for our wedding weekend really helped us create a nice communal atmosphere yet with privacy for anyone who wanted or needed it. So much better than a hotel. It helped build a relaxed atmosphere for our wedding for which we are very grateful.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Hi Mark: Thank you for such a nice review of the house. We're glad you enjoyed your stay. Congratulations again and best wishes for many years of marital bliss with your beautiful bride. All the best, Wendy

I highly recommend this rental property. We rented in June 2010 to use for lodging and the rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding nearby - the accommodations were wonderful, the owners made every effort to ensure our satisfaction. Fresh flowers, beautiful table cloths, bedding, linens, towels all high quality - they went so far as to have shampoo & conditioner in each shower. When they didn't think we've have enough wine glasses for our dinner party - they made a special trip back to the house to deliver more. The owners were easily accessible for questions and assistance before and during our stay. I've never had a better experience with a rental property!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you. We're delighted you enjoyed the house and truly appreciate your kind words. I enjoyed meeting you and our family. All the best to you. Wendy
