Recently stayed at this property and it exceeded our expectations! Property is even nicer than it appears in photos. Owners were pleasant and easy to communicate with. Conveniently located with a very short drive to Bear parking lot where you can catch the Beaver Creek bus and be skiing within minutes! More amenities than most with a fully stocked kitchen for those who prefer to stay in for meals. Would definitely stay here again. Also lots of restaurants nearby!

My husband and I spent 15 days in the wonderful townhome this summer. This is the second time we have rented this home. We feel like we are at home. This home is furnished with loving care. It's obvious that the owners spend alot of time there. We will be back.

Dear Nancy- My husband and I stayed at your townhome over Spring Break with our two boys and had a fabulous time. The house is very modern and spacious for 4, with all the amenities you could possibly need. All three bedrooms were quite plush with large beds and high quality bedding. The bathrooms were also very well appointed. The house manager was always quickly available if anything needed to be addressed. The view and sound of the river right in the back yard is so relaxing and beautiful- it literally lulls you to sleep. I loved being able to turn on the fire place with the flick of a switch! The parking lot to take the shuttle up to the mountain is just down the road. The grocery store and many other shops and restaurants are within blocks as well. It's the perfect spot for getting away from the crowds on the mountain, but not being too far away. We were very pleased with our stay and only regret having to go back home. Thank you very much for opening your home to us!

Our family of six has just returned from a delightful stay in this town home. The pictures give you a good representation of the unit, although I would say it is even prettier. The bedrooms are all generously sized and the beds are very comfortable - not something to be taken for granted. We slept very well each night with a lovely down blanket on our bed. The town home is very well maintained and nicely appointed throughout. The kitchen is completely stocked for cooking if you are so inclined. Nancy was always very responsive to emails and questions. Great location and just minutes to Beaver Creek. We will stay here again!

We enjoyed our 15 day stay at this condo. We were there to go to Bravo and play golf. The condo was lovingly appointed and very comfortable. We know the owners went out of their way to furnish this unit. The kitchen had everything I needed in it. We will stay there again.

This condo is lovingly maintained by the owners. They obviously spend alot of time there. We were perfectly comfortable while we were there. Since it was July we spent alot of time on the deck enjoying the Eagle River. The kitchen is very well stocked with every utensil I would need. I highly recommend this condo.

My husband and I were able to "unwind" in the Vail area over 4th of July weekend in this wonderful, spacious condo. The setting is truly spectacular with an awesome view and beautiful riverside location. Good location to get around Avon, Beaver Creek and Vail. Even with the busy holiday weekend, we felt the tranquility of being back in the mountains to renew our spirits! The condo is beautifully appointed with artwork and everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Most definitely - 5 stars!!

We spent a spring weekend at this beautiful home. Everything was top-notch, from the cookware to the linens to the furniture. The beds were very comfortable, the view to the river is gorgeous and the house itself is very quiet. Bus service is available to Beaver Creek Ski area and you can get there in about 20 minutes without having to pay for parking. This accomodation is highly recommended.

Thank you so much for the use of your condo in Avon. The place was beautiful and so nicely appointed. You supplied all the little and big extras to make our stay very convenient and comfortable. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen since we love to cook. The elegant wine glasses were also a nice touch. All of the extras really made a difference. We really loved being by the Eagle River for its ambiance and also for the convenience of being able to do a bit of fly fishing right out the back door. We have many wonderful vacation memories and the condo and its location have a lot to do with the pleasantness of those memories. We will definitely keep you in mind when we decide to return to the areea and we hope that won't be too far in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! Your place was fabulous - everything we wanted and needed; close proximity to Beaver Creek, walking distance to the Red Line, quiet place, stocked nicely with dishware, flatware, etc, very nicely appointed, extremely comfortable beds! Just a great place. When we visit Beaver Creek again we we'd love to stay here again.

My family stayed during Spring Break this year and what a fabulous place! It is everything we wanted and more!Very quiet, very clean, nicely appointed, spacious, comfortable beds, nicely stocked kitchen, walking distance to the busline to Beaver Creek, and close to the grocery store and other conveniences! Management was also attentive and considerate - for example, they postponed doing some work because they knew we had young children that might be napping! Unreserved recommendation and we'll stay again when we're in Beaver Creek! Thanks again!

Five of us (4 adults and a 3-year-old) stayed here in January. We recommend this condo with no reservations whatsoever. The owners have remodeled and furnished it beautifully. The rooms are large and sunny. The kitchen is better equipped than any other condo we have visited. The condo is private and very quiet, yet right on the bus line to town or the Beaver Creek ski bus. Both the owner and on-site manager were very gracious and helpful.

My family and I stayed in this condo during the week of March 24th 2008 and we were very pleasantly surprised. The location of the Condo is outstanding, just two minutes from the entrance to the Beaver Creek resort and three minutes from WalMart, City Market and various restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was priceless, particularly after snowfall. It literally looked like a Christmas postcard. Each of the rooms was comfortable and spacious and the king size beds were very comfortable. The master bath was wonderful, with a modern showerhead which was very soothing after a day of skiing. The direct TV was terrific for our kids and the laundry / storage room was very convenient. All in all, we had a wonderful and very relaxing week and I would strongly recommend this unit for anyone considering a trip to Beaver Creek.

Thanks for making your place at River Forge in Avon available via VRBO, we enjoyed our stay greatly the week of New Years. We only had 4 in our group, the space worked perfectly and could easily have accomodated up to 6, however not sure where a second vehicle would have parked. The furnishings including furniture, bedding and granite countertops in the townhouse are exquisite, we especially enjoyed having the flat screen HDTV in the Den during bowl week.

I stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and couldn't have had a better time! I've stayed in other places around Beaver Creek and Arrowhead but this place is by far my favorite and I will definitely be back. I loved the quiet area, the beautiful views, and the proximity to the river. It's close to everything I need, once you find the driveway its great!
