This home was not just updated in 2005 - this renovation was taken down to the studs and rebuilt as a new house with every amenity. The gourmet kitchen is a cook (or caterer's!) delight with six burner gas stove, double oven, warming drawer, double dishwasher and granite counter-tops on an 11 foot center island. Dining table expands to comfortably seat 12.
Downstairs enjoy a fully finished recreation area with pool table, full bar and media area. Second floor includes master bedroom and bath including an oversized shower and whirlpool tub. The second bedroom/guest room includes a full bath. Third floor sleeps 2-3 in a bedroom with a full size bed plus twin bed, private bath and rooftop deck overlooking Naval Academy Chapel.

This house was more than suitable for our needs! From the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and basement!!! We prepared meals and ate at the large dining room table and shared stories. We played games that we brought along with a Wii and of course we shot pool! The house is beautiful and a short walk to downtown. We took advantage of that short walk to look inside shops and sample various goodies! The description of the house and photographs are true! The owner followed up with us prior to our arrival. The owner had everything set up for us. We plan to rent this house again!

We enjoyed everything. The kitchen was great! We prepared and shared some wonderful meals and conversations. The owner had everything we needed. We walked downtown literally 3 blocks away and had soup at Buddy's Crabshack and looked in the wonderful shops.

My family (10 people total) rented this home for my wedding weekend. It was perfect in every single way. The house is so spacious that we all were able to stay there comfortably. The main floor is designed to host. It's open design enabled everyone to mingle without feeling crowded - and we had quite a crowd Friday and Saturday nights! Although we dined out in town on a few occasions, we also wanted to be able to cook for everyone at home to cut back on cost. This home had every amenity we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for groups of 10-20. Not only did this home have everything we needed for sleeping, dining, and social events, but its decor was beautiful. This was important because we wanted to do pre-wedding ceremony photos at the house. We ended up doing photos inside, out back, and around the corner on Maryland Avenue. They were beautiful. Finally, proximity to downtown can't be beat. It was important for us to have a home within walking distance of the reception location as well as bars/restaurants so our guests would be able to walk there. Everyone loved this house! If we were back in town again with a group, we would absolutely rent again!

We rented the house for a reunion for a group of friends, and it worked out perfectly. The house is beautiful, with modern amenities, a great patio, and plenty of space. The location is perfect, only a 2 minute walk to the heart of Annapolis and the great shops and restaurants. The owner was so easy to deal with, I would definitely rent this house again!

Awesome Place, Location!! Had my family meet here and we actually had a great time. The house is in a perfect location to all restaurants and shops in Annapolis. We had a great time and enjoyed the home tremendously. Very beautiful home and was very comfortable for the family!! Can't wait to go back!!

Our family was gathering for a for a 60th Birthday Celebration and we could not have picked a better location, home, or more accommodating owner. We were trying to find a property that would be walking distance to town, resturants & the Navel Academy, and this was it!! There were six of us that stayed at the home & it was very spacious. The beds were very comftorable, beautiful bathrooms & thick towels. Marie the owner, could not have been more helpful, we were trying to rent for 2 nights just before commissioning week and she made it happen for us. She also supplied me with names of resturants, catering companies & bakeries. The home is elegant & beautifully appointed, the pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is amazing well supplied with everything one coud need or want to host a party from double ovens & dish washers to dishes & platers. We hosted about 36 people & never felt crowded. Do not hesitate to rent this property.

The location and amenities were perfect for USNA commissioning week activities. The kitchen and ground floor layout are designed for entertaining and the courtyard in the back is an oasis. The front porch provided a perfect setting for photos with our newly commissioned Navy ensign.

This home is elegant, immaculate, everything as advertised- the photos hardly do it justice. It was a perfect base for our stay in Annapolis- the gourmet kitchen & outdoor grill made it easy to cook for a group, or simply walk to any of the near by restaurants. The off street parking is a huge bonus. The entire home has been elegantly restored, all furnishing are topnotch, great bedrooms & bath, very much like staying in a high end hotel. The kitchen is a delight, the space allows ample room for intimate dinners or larger gatherings. The owner was out of town during our visit, but had a contact available to answer questions & get us oriented. Wireless internet worked well. Would recommend highly, without reservations of any kind.
