Located on a small bluff above the beautiful, sandy beach at Punta Pescadero, Casa Blanca was designed to accommodate individuals, couples, groups or families who desire one or more individual suites or a complete villa. Casa Blanca has four separate suites and a 36' x 19' great room with a 25 foot ceiling.
You can rent one to four suites depending on the amount of space that you require.
Each suite has a separate entrance, full bath, king size bed, sitting area with a fireplace, floor to ceiling glass doors and a patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez. There are 2 ceiling fans in all rooms.
The main living area consists of a large great room with an expansive sit down bar, fireplace, dining area, half bath and a fully appointed kitchen. The entire great room has floor to ceiling windows and doors looking out on the Sea of Cortez. There are three large ceiling fans in the great room.
There are stairs leading down to a large, swim friendly beach directly in front of the house. There is a large terrace with tables for dining outside plus a deck surrounding the swimming pool overlooking the sea.
With a 180 degree view of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets are spectacular.
For the private pilot, Punta Pescadero has a 3,500' paved runway with a run-up pad and tie downs.
Daily cleaning service is included/provided if desired.
Poli, our house manager of fifteen years +, takes care of all of the necessary maintenance on the property.
We have a resident iguana, Guillermo, who lives with his family under our pool deck. The iguanas are harmless and fond of lettuce.

Punta Pescadero is away from the major tourist areas but easily accessible by car or private plane. The rural Mexican community atmosphere still exists.

We are extremely fond of warm weather and the beach and we love to share this area with family and friends. Punta Pescadero is off of the beaten track and it's not unusual to have the entire beach to yourself.
