Our brand new condo is located at the Vivante Resort in Punta Gorda, Florida. This beautiful, gated community is the talk of the town in the Central Gulf Coast region.
Our unit is located on the third floor with convenient access to the elevator. All rooms are spacious from the entry foyer to the master suite with its King-size bed and bath featuring a large tub and separate, luxurious, shower. Large, walk-in closets are in each of the two bedrooms. Ten foot ceilings give our condo an open airy feeling. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the family room add to the relaxing atmosphere.
Wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the lake as you sit on the spacious lanai with your morning coffee.
As a guest of Vivante, you can enjoy access to its many amenities including six, lighted, Har-Tru tennis courts with a fully stocked Pro Shop. A beautifully designed pool, hot tub and separate lap pool is sure to appeal to everyone’s taste.
