This wonderful home is in the historic district of quaint downtown Dunedin. The large sweeping 100 year old oak trees blanket the home with that warm southern charm. Relax on your own private deck that is surrounded by tropical plants only to hear water trickling in the small fish pond.

Inside you may want to cook up a sumptuous meal, or grill out on the deck. The beds are all new, (1) king (1) queen (2) twins Everything has been upgraded. There is a washer and dryer there for your use.

We have supplied this home with 4 mountain bikes for our guests. The bike trail is just 2 blocks away from the house. It will take you to the beach, or where you feet might want to pedel you off too. The bike trail is 39 wonderful miles of paved trails.

Stroll downtown and visit the many specialty shops and restaurants, or enjoy the many beaches in the area. We supply a pass to Honey Moon Island beach # 1 this year for U.S. Beaches, Look that one up on Google....This house has that feeling of being home. You come in and feel like you have been here before. You will know that this neighborhood is very safe, and you can walk downtown any time of the evening. The brick roads are beautiful. Grab a ice cream and sit and watch the sun go down over the marina.

Bush Gardens is 35 minutes away and Disney is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Clearwater is next door about 4 miles. There is so much to do and see here. Just check out Dunedin on Google, Happy travels.

  • The four of us stayed two weeks over Christmas and New Years in this lovely home. Dunedin looked gorgeous all decorated for the season. We rode the 4 bikes provided to scour the area and walked the cobblestone streets "downtown" every night. The Honeymoon Island park pass was a huge perk as we enjoyed most afternoons on the beach.This home provided us with the utmost in relaxation..Thanks Linda.

  • We LOVED the house! It was so nice and cozy, and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Beautiful neighborhood too. We walked all over the place every day...when we weren't sitting in the lovely back yard or out at the spectacular beaches! We hope to get back very soon.
