  The listing did not do justice to the actual apartment, it was better than advertized. The photos do accurately characterize the apartment, but you have to see it to believe it. The property was immaculate and the weekly maid service perfect. When an issue arose the owner or her representative were immedialtely available and solved the problem without any extraneous issues I would and already have recommended the property to friends and will consider renting here on our next trip. You are at the midpoint of the Champs Elysee, high end stores are on the adjacent streets, e.g. Gucci, etc. The #1 metro line is 1/2 block away and can take you anyplace in Paris. There are three main bus lines across the street. Bistros and more formal dining are within easy walking distance. The Rue Cler market an easy walk. Major museums are within a 10 min walk, L'Orangerie, Grand Palais, Petit Palais. A short walk to the Eiffel Tower, D'orsay and Le Louvre. I recommend all of these sites. Of particular importance is a very carefully laid out three ring binder in the apartment which answers almost every conceivable question. Catherine or Paul are always a telephone call away. We also found the internet telephone and WiFi in the apartment to be a most pleasant and useful surprise. To sum up we would do this again.

  A great location. Quite neighborhood. Close to attractions, shopping and local flavor. Very walkable with easy metro access. Nice being that close to Champs Elysees with a fun mixture of local businesses, plenty of places to enjoy a meal or glass of wine, upscale stores and high fashion. Very comfortable apartment for two persons it is clean, well furnished with good climate control. Nice enclosed shower with towel warmers. Did have concerns before renting about the bed comfort but those proved to be unfounded with my wife and I both sleeping well. Catherine was very helpful and accommodating. She made the rental process simple and was available during our stay when we called. Including a driver pick up at CDG was great and made it stress free after an overnight flight from the US. Knowing our visit was in celebration of our wedding anniversary, she unexpectedly had a bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival. My wife and I had a fantastic week in Paris and highly recommend this rental. Maryland, USA

  My husband and I had the most amazing time in Paris thanks to Catherine's beautiful, centrally located apartment. We loved using the Bateau bus (a short walk away) as relaxing transportation, the Metro was steps away, as well. It was perfect. And the interior of the apartment couldn't have been cleaner and more accommodating! We will be back, for sure. Thanks Catherine!

  This apartment is amazing. My husband and I spent a week here in June after spending an exhausting week in London. I felt refreshed as soon as we entered the apartment. We arrived via Euro star and decided to metro it to the apartment which worked out fine. We found the apartment easily and were welcomed by Catherine who reviewed everything (she leaves you with reference books too!) and made sure we were comfortable in our new surroundings before she left us to explore. The apartment itself has wonderful storage; it was so nice to actually put stuff away instead of living out of a suitcase. Everything in the apartment worked wonderfully and it was spotless. The bed is very comfortable and we didn’t lack for anything in the kitchen. The courtyard is so quiet we slept with the window open. We stocked the fridge and off we went. We felt totally safe wandering around at all hours. The listing photos are totally accurate and the reservation process was easy. It’s a great location and a wonderful apartment. Thank you Catherine for everything, we had a wonderful week.

  This was our first visit to Paris and neither my companion nor I knew what to expect. Prior to reserving, I had spent a fair bit of time on Google Street View 'exploring' the neighbourhood, but this approach didn't do justice to what a great location this apartment on avenue Franklin Roosevelt is. This modern apartment is literally a two-minute walk from a subway entrance and the Champs-Élysées (an excellent starting point from which to venture out into greater Paris). Close to shopping, a large selection of restaurants, pastry shops, bakeries, etc. Also within reasonable walking distance to the Eiffel tower and the rue Cler market. The services and amenities were exactly as described by the owner (Catherine, an experienced Paris real estate agent whose knowledge of the city is impressive). From the outset, Catherine and her assistant were very helpful. We couldn't have been more pleased. Benoit

  This was a wonderful experience and you thought about everything that one could need. The apartment is very well kept and everything works! The location is top and we can walk everywhere. The Eiffel Tower is magic. Thank you for having us, we will be back!
