This fully air conditioned one bedroom apartment is located in the "Golden Triangle", in the heart of Paris, with the world known Champs Elysees as your backyard, facing the Grand Palais museum and next to the Seine. It is on the 5th Floor (6th Floor US) with elevators in a 1930's building. Very nice view of the Eiffel Tower and rooftops, facing West. Fronting the large courtyard, the apartment is very quiet.
You are walking distance to the Louvre, the d'Orsay, the Tuileries and the Eiffel Tower, including Saint Germain, and of course to all the designers'shop Avenue Montaigne and Rue du Faubourg St. Honore. Right outside the apartment are theaters, movies theater, restaurants and night clubs (on the Champs Elysees!). Three subway lines (1,9 and 13) and all buses at the Rond Point des Champs Elysees 1/2 a block away
This unit has been fully rebuilt in 2008 and is a real jewel. The high quality of the remodeling was thought first for your comfort!

This flat consists of a one bedroom with a queen-size Murphy bed with sliding glass doors separating the two rooms, an American Kitchenette, (fully equipped) a living room and a large fully tiled bathroom with large corner stall shower and towel warmer. Very good storage space for your make up and clothes. There is a guardian in the building, digicode and intercom.
There is hardwood floor throughout and each room is air conditioned. Very good heating in winter with modern Acova radiators.
All linens are provided with extra towels, cable TV, (CNN, BBC etc..) telephone (with free calls to US and Canada (land and cells) and Free to other 70 countries, including France on land lines, Free high speed wireless Internet, CD player and stereo. Washer/dryer in the unit.
Always someone will greet you upon your arrival to show you around and give you the keys and will be on calls while staying in the apartment if any questions or problems.
This apartment ideally will sleep either 4 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 teenagers. We do not recommend this apartment for a family with young children.
