  Fantastique! I stayd in this apartement with my girlfirend and another couple. We are from France, and we really loved South Beach. There are many thing to do: very nice restaurants, great shopping, and the beach is great white sand.  The best thing of the apartement is the location, very close to everything. It is very large and comfortable, in wonderful Art Deco building with very large and green garden. The building is 1930 Art Deco but the apartement  is in great conditions everything works. Very nice and helping owner.

  Before I describe our stay at the apartment, I would like to say that Tizianna was very helpful and accommodating and feel somewhat uncomfortable to write this review because I know she did her best to make this a good vacation for us. I also do know that she has subsequently made improvements since we left. The apartment is a nice size, it is located right on Lincoln Road Lane the master bedroom is on the lane. The laneway wakes up at 7am with delivery trucks and garbage trucks. Lots of noise. Sushisamba’s (restaurant, Japanese-Brazilian-local) delivery entrance and garbage is on the lane. The laneway’s large garbage containers also give out a pungent odder. The kitchen is large with a convenient eat in area. The floor was so filthy that the second day I was on my hands and knees cleaning the grout between the tiles. To Tizanna’s credit she did have someone come out and steam the floors in the kitchen, bathrooms and second bedroom to clean it as well as can be done. The problem is the apt has not been renovated in years and needs a rehab. The walls in the master bedroom seem to be repainted only half way up. Tiziana has told us that she has spoken to the condo association and they will get the go ahead to repaint the apt shortly. The bathrooms need a total redo as well. The second bathroom is very tiny and perhaps is unusable if you are extremely overweight. There is wireless internet which was excellent, since the phones were not working so Tizianna got us a prepaid Skype account that worked very well. It is a few short blocks to the beach, which is great. There are beach towels but no chairs although you can rent chaise long at the beach. All of the restaurants are right there steps away at Lincoln road, also Espanola Way which is also charming is just blocks away. For those who prefer Ocean Drive, also just a short walk. The landscaping is lovely around the building and a gardener was there practically every day to take care of the plants. However, there are cats that like to live in the garden although no one seems to feed them like they do in other apt complexes in the area. All in all, it was not a pleasant place to stay for 1 month. We never felt comfortable because it always felt not clean in the apt. Maybe we expected too much, but we are used to old homes, living in a 120 year old Victorian ourselves. We could recommend a short stay where proximity to Lincoln Road is a plus.

  You can't ask for more. Tiziana was more than helpful from the very beginning when booking the stay. It helps to have that kind of service when all you want to do is enjoy your vacation and not have to worry about anything else. She was always just a phone call away if we ever needed anything and she would always be available and eager to help with anything you need. Although this place was truly amazing just literally a few steps from Lincoln Road, I have to say that the customer service was just as great.

  My family stayed for a week and we loved this apartment! The location, size, layout, amenities, and the owner all make this an ideal place to stay for two couples, or three generations, or six close people staying together for a vacation in the CENTER of South Beach! The apartment is well-sized, comfortable living room, huge kitchen, nicely sized bedrooms. Privacy is great: One bathroom is located in the Master Bedroom; the other is in front of the second bedroom, so if anyone is staying in the living room they can use the bathroom without disturbing anyone. The kitchen has all needed appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer), along with plates, pots and pans. The parking is just behind the apartment in the building’s exclusive, secured lot. LOCATION IS PERFECT for the nightclubs, shopping, and a short walk to the beach. Lincoln Road is 15 SECONDS away, Convention Center and Collins Avenue is about 3 minutes, and the beach about 7 minutes. The owner, Jack Agnew, is very easy to work with and truly cares about making his guests’ vacation enjoyable. We had a problem with the hot water: I reported it to Jack at 8:30 in the morning, a plumber came in within a short time, and by the next morning the apartment had a new hot water heater. Jack is, in a word, a great person to rent from. Given the apartment’s location, size, and amenities (+ parking), the apartment is very fairly priced when compared to other apartments and hotels in South Beach.

  We found this apartment functional and really good located. Just few blocks from the beach and few steps to Lincoln Road Mall. Everything you need is very close. Aparment looks the same as in the pictures. There is nothing special inside, but everything works and the apartment is very clean. Special thanks to the owner who made everything so clear and easy for us. Warmly recommended by 4 persons from Finland!

  We stayed in this apartment with family. Location is excellent, close to the beach and Lincoln rd. Quiet, clean, everything in good condition and working. Excellent for a family as well as for friends. The owner has been super nice with us and we definitely recommend the place.

  Everything was great!!! This place is perfect for a family vacation, for a trip with friends ..... me and my family and friends have a good time.
