Why the Owner Chose Magnificent Mile
We love this location because it is right in the middle of everything. Ours is a secure residential building in a safe neighborhood. It is close to shopping, has easy access to public transportation and is within walking distance to everyting from fine dining to Chicago-style pizza. The convenience of local grocery stores allows us to enjoy our own meals and our beautiful view of the city.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love to bike along the lake front, jump on a bus to any of Chicago's many spectacular museums, participate in neighborhood festivals, walk to Navy Pier to watch fireworks or ride the Ferris wheel, work out in our state of the art fitness center or just relax by the private pool.

After having raised our family in the Chicagoland area, we sold our house in the suburbs and moved to a small mountain town in southwestern Colorado. Although we thoroughly enjoy skiing, hiking and biking, we occasionally missed the concerts, theatre, restaurants, shopping and city festivals. So, in 2007 we bought our home away from home that we call "That Chicago Condo"(TM).
