Year Purchased: 2007
We are a group of three investors who live in Montgomery, Alabama. We invested in this property because the developer is from Montgomery and we knew that they would build a quality product that we could enjoy and hopefully profit from. While the downturn has caused us not to realize our investment hopes, we still are able to rent our property as well as enjoy it ourselves. We use the property ourselves several times a year when it is not rented.
Why the Owner Chose Aqua
Panama City Beach is a location very familiar with most of us and is the beach of our youth. This beach has always the best on the gulf coast and Aqua was part of the rebuilding of Panama City Beach. As Destin and other beaches become more and more crowed we feel there will be more and more people who will want to "come back or come to" PCB.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
At our property one does not even have to get in the car to go eat or shop if they are willing to walk less than a mile to Pier Park. After of day of using the beach and having a couple of cocktails, we can just walk to a favorite dining spot either down the road or even walk the beach. While a car if required for the more upscale dining areas, it is a short drive.
