This historic stone barn is set back from the road on a beautiful 80+ acre farm in the hills above the Delaware River. The living space is dramatic. The ground floor includes a kitchen/dining area with barn beam banquet table, laundry area, and full bath. The upper level has old wood plank floors, exposed stone walls, and glass ceiling panels (to keep in the warmth in Winter) that showcase the unfinished barn structure. It is made up of a full family room with over-stuffed chairs, ping-pong/pool table, wood stoves, and bar area, plus a main bedroom with full bath including bath tub with jets. Sheep, a pair of donkeys, and a pet pot belly pig live nearby. The barn renter is free to use the pool, tennis court, and walking trails throughout the farm and its six acre wild flower meadow walk.

    • Budd Farm is something very special...... It is like your own private spa, with the pool and tennis court, one does not need to walk far for complete relaxation and exersize. The barn is huge with lots of room, and very comfortable bedroom... the walking forever on their land is a rare gift. Most importantly to us were the kindness of our hosts, Boyce and Karen We will alway remember you and hopefully return next year Carla and family
