Kitchen overlooks comfortable great room with cozy fireplace, 50" LCD Flat Screen TV, Cable TV, DVD, CD, VCR with surround sound. Also on the first floor are formal living & dining areas and guest bedroom with queen bed and full bath.
2nd Floor includes spacious master retreat with king bed with luxurious Sleep Number Mattress and 35" LCD Flat Screen TV. Master Bath features 18"LCD Flat Screen TV, walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanities & large walk-in cedar closet. Step out the master to your private balcony with breathtaking mountain views. Two additional bedrooms - one with queen bed and one with two twin beds full bath, office with built-ins and laundry room complete the 2nd floor.
Our resort-like backyard backs to large NAOS space. It includes private covered patio, pebbletec pool and spa, cascading rock waterfall, in-ground gas firepit, and built-in BBQ with two gas burners - perfect for enjoying our wonderful AZ weather. Or you can head to the DC Ranch Community Center to enjoy the heated community pool & spa, fitness center, basketball & tennis courts and numerous scheduled activities for all ages.Pool can be heated for additional $50 per day charge.
Home also has a 3-car garage and state-of-the-art water filtration system.
