Welcome to our Breckenridge home away from home! There is plenty of room for multiple families in this 3,400 square foot, 5 bedroom, 4 bath private home. Conveniently located in the Sunny Slope area of Blue River, it is 5 minutes south of Main Street and downtown Breckenridge, allowing quick access to town as well as the Breckenridge ski resort. Keystone (Arapahoe Basin is 10 minutes further) and Copper Mountain are less than 30 minutes away, with Vail and Beaver Creek within an hour's drive.
The home, built in 2004, is well appointed with modern appliances, in-floor heating, stainless steel kitchen, and new furniture and bedding. There are 3 family areas for entertaining and extra sleeping space if needed. The large downstairs recreation room has a large screen high definition LCD television, surround sound stereo system, pool table, and wet bar...making it perfect for a family gathering. The back yard has a large outdoor deck with gas grill and deluxe hot tub, looking up at National Forest, with direct access from this lot for hiking or snowshoeing.
The master suite has a queen bed, jetted jacuzzi tub, and TV/DVD. The other three main bedrooms also have queens. The fifth bedroom has two double beds. Sleeper sofa in the rec room, couch, and air mattresses can add as many beds as needed.
FAQ--There is no shuttle in Blue River, though is in the works currently. Airbeds are available. This is our private vacation home, carefully maintained and enjoyed by us frequently, ie. it is not a rental property. We rent only to families and responsible adults, so please no college student inquiries.

Our family of 11 (4 married couples, 3 singles, and a baby) stayed at this beautiful place over New Years. Gorgeous finishes and very well decorated. The home had plenty to do inside with extremely cold weather that weekend. The views out the front are breathtaking with great access for snowshoeing off the back deck. Well equipped with every cooking utensil you would need. Owners were very professional in leasing the place and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this very spacious place. Very easy drive into Breckenridge to ski.
