This top floor, corner condo (#4-310) is very quiet and private. New paint and carpeting complement its beautiful art and Hawaiian furniture. We spent two weeks at your lovely condo. It had everything we needed. Forgot hats? Check the closet. No chairs? Check the closet. Son got a cut? There's a first aid kit! I loved both lanais, the big bed and the visiting birds. I loved discovering a new piece of art for the first few days. My favorites are the "lady" above the dining room table, the gecko plate above the stove and the paintings lining the stairs. Mahalo for your lovely condo.Did you find this review helpful? This condo is great! Well-stocked with beach chairs and towels and everything you could need in a kitchen! Beds were comfortable and lanais are awesome. Cross-breeze is excellent. My husband and i spent our 10 yr anniversary in this lovely condo. The views. the decor. the amenities of the condo and the complex were awesome. I cant say enough about our trip to the Cliffs. North Shore is the place to be and Princeville is gorgeous. We watched the sunsets from the bluff each night and even walked the trail to the beach and found the water cave below. So many hidden treasures to discover. Cant wait to return. Next time we are bringing the kids. Condo is so kid friendly we missed ours while we were away.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

The days of Internet surfing to find our "home away from home" paid off. The condo is like staying at a friend's place, not a vacation rental. About: I've visited Kauai for years and often dreamed of moving here. When I retired from teaching in 2007, I didn't waste any time! I bought this condo because my family and I were amazed at its space, light and views the moment we walked in. I live in it half-time, so it’s beautifully decorated, fully equipped and feels like a home. Our guests feel the same – many of them return regularly.
Why The Cliffs:
The Cliffs property is spacious (22 acres!), green and has beautiful views in every direction. It feels remote and quiet, because it’s off the beaten path where there’s no through traffic. And I’m an avid golfer, so I love being so close to the wonderful courses at Princeville.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This is a special condo. Because it’s an end unit, it’s bright, airy and open. The adjacent buildings are far away and our ocean view to the north and west is clear and broad. I love art and all things Hawaiian, so the condo has traditional island décor, furnishings and special touches (like our kamani sushi service and a handcrafted ukulele) fit for paradise.
