Nestled on a bluff above the Pacific, this lovely Princeville condominium offers wonderful ocean, mountain and waterfall views, terrific amenities and abundant living and lanai space for families, couples or small groups. It is 1281 square feet with two full baths and sleeps four to six people comfortably.
This top floor, corner condo (#4-310) is very quiet and private. New paint and carpeting compliment its beautiful art and Hawaiian furniture. You’ll enjoy great ocean views from the full kitchen, lanai and living area. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright, open and comfortable "home away from home" for you and your guests.
The master bedroom offers gorgeous mountain, waterfall, and Bali Hai views. It has a king bed, reading area, private bar, and private lanai. The second bedroom is a spacious upstairs loft with two full-sized beds and mountain and waterfall views.

I've visited Kauai for years and often dreamed of moving here. When I retired from teaching in 2007, I didn't waste any time! I bought this condo because my family and I were amazed at its space, light and views the moment we walked in. I live in it half-time, so it’s beautifully decorated, fully equipped and feels like a home. Our guests feel the same – many of them return regularly.
Why the Owner Chose The Cliffs
The Cliffs property is spacious (22 acres!), green and has beautiful views in every direction. It feels remote and quiet, because it’s off the beaten path where there’s no through traffic. And I’m an avid golfer, so I love being so close to the wonderful courses at Princeville.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
This is a special condo. Because it’s an end unit, it’s bright, airy and open. The adjacent buildings are far away and our ocean view to the north and west is clear and broad. I love art and all things Hawaiian, so the condo has traditional island décor, furnishings and special touches (like our kamani sushi service and a handcrafted ukulele) fit for paradise.

As I am packing up to go, I realize how at home I feel in this place. I can't thank you enough for providing such a beautiful place for our family. Our girls loved their privacy upstairs in the loft and we loved our king-size bed and beautifully decorated bedroom. I enjoyed cooking for my family in your kitchen (which even had a pizza cutter). Close to everything! Fun "island style" decor. Last year we stayed at the opposite end of this building on the ground floor. The decor alone made this trip more relaxing. And the owners put together a "things to know" book with tips on local restaurants and places to go. I can't leave without thanking you for generously stocking this piece of paradise. Really appreciated the spaciousness and "fully equipped" condition of the unit. We left our beach chairs which we will use again when we return. Yes! We do plan to return and use the beach chairs again. We love the excellent cross-ventilation that provides a lovely flow of air from the ocean lanai to the mountain lanai. It's expecially nice at night. We will recommend this condo to our friends. We enjoyed the island themed paintings and sculpture too! Loved how well-stocked your place was. You made our stay so easy having everything we could've ever thought of right here. Loved the view as well.
