What a fantastic home you have here. Feeling very sad to pack up and go this morning, but also relaxed and happy to have had the oppportunity to visit this beautiful island and share in the comforts of your home. We are already daydreaming about the day we will come back. Highlights: The view, Tunnels Beach, the sunsets, rainbows, THIS CONDO!

As I am packing up to go, I realize how at home I feel in this place. I cannot thank you enough for providing such a beautiful place for our family. Our girls loved their privacy upstairs in the loft and we loved our king-size bed and beautifully decorated bedroom. I enjoyed cooking for my family in your kitchen -- which even had a pizza cutter. Nearly everything we need was here for us. Even your collection of CDs was just our taste. Mahalo and Aloha. We will be back as soon as we can!

Close to everything! Fun island style decor. Last year we stayed at the opposite end of this building on the ground floor. The decor alone made this trip more relaxing. And the owners put together a things to know book with tips on local restaurants and places to go. I cannot leave without thanking you for generously stocking this piece of paradise. When we are fortunate enough to return to Kauai we will stay here again.

Really appreciated the spaciousness and fully equipped condition of the unit. We left our beach chairs which we will use again when we return. Yes! We do plan to return and use the beach chairs again. We love the excellent cross-ventilation that provides a lovely flow of air from the ocean lanai to the mountain lanai. It is expecially nice at night. We will recommend this condo to our friends. We enjoyed the island themed paintings and sculpture too! Aloha and Mahalo!

Loved how well-stocked your place was. You made our stay so easy having everything we could have ever thought of right here. Loved the view as well. We got to see the whales and my husband even saw one breach -- it was amazing. We even had 12 of us for dinner one night and had no problem accommodating everyone inside and out! Truly a pleasure! Thanks so much -- we would stay here again should we return to Princeville. Thank you for your generosity.

This condo is wonderful, and it greatly enhanced our enjoyment of the many wonders of Kauai. The northern part of the island is especially beautiful, and the condo's top-floor, corner location gives it fantastic views of the mystical Bali Hai mountain, the beautiful blue Pacific (we saw whales and many, many rainbows), and the lush, well-manicured lawns of the complex. The vaulted ceiling of the condo, lovely decorations, and nice, well-equipped layout made this an exceptional place to stay. (The condo is very accessible to the parking area and surrounding area, and the walk up is easy.) We recommend it highly!

Fantastic place with an excellent view (of countless rainbows). The place has all sorts of amenities and is well laid out and decorated. Without doubt it's worth getting the top floor; you can see more, and the vaulted ceiling makes the place feel open and large. Can't say enough, wouldn't hesitate to come back.
