My home sits apx 3 blocks from beautiful and quaint downtown Quincy. Across from my house is Dunn's coffee house, the local health food store, and our Post Office. Restaurants are all within 1 to 4 blocks. On Thursday evenings during the summer you can enjoy going to our local farmers market, which also is a block away, you can usually hear the music from the back deck.
This upstairs unit has been completely remodeled over the last few years. It was originally built in 1916.
The back deck is a great place to sit in the morning while you enjoy your coffee, and maybe even watch the sun rise.
If you want to be in town, but close enough to all your favorite outdoor interests, this will be the ideal place to stay.
This upstairs unit is totally private, it's a wonderful place for friends to meet up. If you are on out of town business, this can be the place to help you not miss home so much. I myself used to travel with my job and found many of the places I stayed lacking in the comforts of home. Therefore I have made sure to add all of the amenities I missed while traveling.
The entire house in no longer being rented, but the upstairs unit can be rented the following ways.
1. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and 1 sitting area, with Kitchenette.
2. 1 bedroom, 1bath and 1 sitting area, with Kitchenette.
