Ten minute drive or subway to Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) or into Washington DC. Three miles to Arlington's Crystal City and the Pentagon. 40 minutes to Dulles (IAD) and 1 hour to Baltimore-Washington International Airports (BWI).

Sunset Cottage is a charming 1930s vintage clapboard cottage with loads of charm that is divided into two separate fully furnished apartments that share a driveway and garden.

Sunset Cottage 1 is a one bedroom fully furnished English Basement apartment with:

- Full bath with shower—no tub.

- Washer and Dryer in unit 2 which may be shared with permission of Unit 2 tenant.

- Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, toaster, garbage disposal, microwave, fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, glassware, and cutlery.

B&B ROOM RATE: $200.00 plus tax per night. No stays of only one night. Extended stay RATE $55 per night for Unit 1 and Unit 2 is $80 per night for 1st guest Add $10 per night per additional guest. Minimum 30 day stay in either unit.
