The Francois Carriage house is a whimsical getaway retreat. Featuring a beautiful wrap around balcony and remote access garage parking. The moment you enter you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy all the wonderful amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer.
During your stay there are complimentary beach chairs,towels,and two bikes and an arrival basket filled with goodies.
This 750 sq ft house features a loft king bed where you wake to the beautiful blue sky and office area to include WiFi. The bunk room located on the first floor is directly across from the bathroom. The Francois Carriage house can sleep up to four and accomodate your favorite pet.
Featuring a full kitchen including refrigerator and icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, range and complete assortment of kitchen amenities as well as stunning granite countertops. There is seating for two at the bar and a dining area that can comfortably seat four.
All the floors are done in beautiful travertine, featuring a HDTV, Bose CD player, and a variety of new and vintage movies for your viewing pleasure making this your best vacation ever.
Just steps away from the beautiful Cabana Pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach and town center.

We highly recommend this adorable carriage house! The owner was great to work with, the carriage house was very clean and looks just like the pictures shown. The beds were very comfortable and best of all, we were able to take our dog! It is also very convenient to everything in Rosemary. Thank you for sharing your carriage house with us!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

3 months since our first visit to Rosemary Beach, and I'm still dreaming about this amazing experience. Our comfort at the beach was assured as soon as we selected this lovely vacation cottage. Frankly, it exceeded our expectations. Our host was accessible by phone for the few initial questions we had, all appliances and amenities were exactly as promised and the cottage was spotless and truly comfortable. It was perfect for our family of four. I cannot recommend this carriage house enough. I again thank our host for maintaining and sharing such a wonderful, beach home. I can't wait to visit next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
