This fabulously located tri-level townhouse is in the heart of the happenings in downtown Whitefish and is located ON the river. The property is a 15 minute drive to Big Mountain ski resort, minutes from major golf courses, 25 minutes from National Glacier Park and 15 minutes from Glacier International Airport. Located two blocks from downtown Whitefish, enjoy the downtown shopping, restaurants, pubs and skibus. In the summer months, walk out the back door and tube/kayak/canoe up to the lake. Enjoy a walk along the bike path.
You will enter our townhouse on the middle level. You will immediately notice the oversized sliding glass door that will allow you to walk out on the balcony and enjoy filtered (by a tree) views of the river. Living room (with sleeper sofa), dining room, bathroom, laundry room and an updated, fully stocked kitchen complete this floor.
A spacious bedroom (2 twin beds and a futon) with multiple closets makes up the third floor.
Enjoy the common area on the lower level for a quiet place to work or unwind with a book after skiing or boating. Included in this level is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, huge closet and full bath.
This property is "baby-friendly" with booster seat and pack and play. Additional baby equipment may be rented from local company.
This unit has covered parking...a must for the Montana winter.
You will find this location will allow you to experience everything Whitefish has to offer. Excellent access to grocery stores, post office, and of course, everything within downtown.
