We had a great stay at this home! It was exactly as stated and pictured. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook when we didn't eat at Disney. The All Star property management was quick and responsive when we ran out of propane for the grill. We were back to grilling our steak in 15 minutes! We enjoyed coming "home" after going to the parks and relaxing in the hot tub and swimming pool. The owner replied to questions promptly. I would definitely come back and stay here again and recommend this beautiful and spacious home! On a scale of 1-5 stars I give it 5 plus stars!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved the property. It was very well equipped with everything you needed and the kids loved the play room. There were a few days that we didnt get great weather and we had tons of things to do at the house. We have stayed at Windsor Hills several times as we love the resort and this was the best house that we've stayed at this far.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Not only was your home SO convenient to the parks and stores and restaurants nearby, but your home really made our trip to Disney a VACATION for my sister's family and my family. We spent our days at the Disney parks running around trying to please everyone ranging in ages from 18 mos old to 70 years old! The kids actually looked forward to leaving the parks and coming "home" in the evenings and playing in the arcade room and swimming with their cousins. The parents looked forward to a grilled steak on your top notch barbeque and relaxing our sore muscles in the hot tub. The beds were VERY comfortable. No detail of comfort or quality was overlooked. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! I can't imagine how anyone would want to stay anywhere else.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This house is absolutely beautiful - we are still talking about how it is decorated! Every single person said how comfortable their beds were! The kitchen had everything you could need. The pool area is gorgeous and private. The entire home is immaculately clean. We were at the Disney parks in no time and after a long day there, we loved coming back to relax in this amazing home. We will recommend it to everyone!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house was awesome I cannot say enough about it. Plenty of room everything we needed was in the house. Real close to Disney. If you plan to rent house please make some time to enjoy this wonderful place. Don't just use it for a place to sleep. The owner and All Star vacation homes were very good to us anything we needed they took care of. I would recommend this houses 110%+++. Will be renting again next year. At first we were a little bit leery about renting a home for our vacation. After working with Dave and All Star Vacation Homes I am sure glad we made this choice. Dave has fabulous customer service and bent over backwards to ensure we had access to the house at the wee hours in the morning. All Star came out immediately when we could not figure out how to turn on one of the game machines and there was a small repair. For customer service, I do not think it could have been any better. We loved having the hot tub and the game machines. The pinball game was definitely a favorite and it was nice to relax in the hot tub after a long days at the parks. Privacy was not an issue with the way the house is set on the lot. The linens in the bathrooms and the beds were all very nice and all the bedrooms were furnished in similar fashion. We are keeping this place in mind for a future family vacation. I would not hesitate to do business with Dave or All Star again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Thank you Dave for sharing your home with my family. Your home was very warm and inviting. It was equipped with everything we would use at home. My parents enjoyed connecting with their children and granchildren. They allowed the kid in them to come out while playing with the kids in the game room. This was my first time coordinating a stay in a vacation home. I was a little skeptical about the financial transaction with someone I did not know. Thank you Dave for making it a worry free transaction. Even though we inquired 3-4 days before OUR planned arrival date, you responded quick to our request when others did not. You and your management company were a pleasure to work with. When we had to call them, they were very attentive to our needs and made us feel special. This is THE most fabulous house you could possibly stay in ! Everything about it is wonderful, from the spacious rooms, to the fabulous kitchen to the gorgeous lanai. Anything you need is available for you , Including playpens and booster seats for smaller kids. My boys loved the pool and the night time lights . We swam every night for that reason! The playroom is a huge hit for kids of all ages . We were very thankful for the opportunity to stay here and anyone would be lucky to do the same !!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Dave, All of us had a wonderful time in your beautiful villa.....my grandson loved the pool that he could walk right out to...wants to have a home like yours some day...my grown adult son revisited his twenties with your pinball machine...and my daughter raved about the speed of your internet...everyone was thrilled with our 5 days at the parks...seeing them through Mikey's eyes is a treasured memory for all of us! About the owner: While I hope some of you who visit our page rent our home and experience it first hand, I thought it might make sense to let you know about our experiences there as well. We just purchased the home in April 2007 and stayed there for the first time in August of the same year. We have always been huge Disney fans and have been going to Florida since we were kids. After starting our own family we took our oldest son for the first time seven years ago and have been going two or more times a year ever since. Our accommodations have been eclectic to say the least. We started at off site hotels, then moved on site to hotels at Disney, with a preference for those closest to Epcot. A couple of years ago we joined Disney Vacation Club and found the extra room to be a huge plus. More recently two more babies entered our lives and we began to realize even a two bedroom DVC unit wasn’t enough space. We went to look at houses more on a whim than anything and one thing led to another. We really liked the Windsor Hills complex and flew down in February with the intent of purchasing a house in the older section of the development. We then came upon the house pictured in this site and the rest is history. Our lot is great, there is a greenbelt with a park across the street and the backyard is bigger than most, with a great amount of privacy. Many of the homes look into another yard but our property is elevated and it really makes a difference. If you have ever given a thought to renting a home in the Disney area, I strongly suggest you give it a try, whether it is ours or another you may find. We were always on the fence about staying in a home and felt it wouldn’t be as fun as staying on Disney property, or as convenient. Although I will say that I am a bit surprised, we didn’t miss the hotels at Disney and if anything the house is much more convenient.

Why stay at a hotel when you can enjoy 3,000 square feet of space that includes something for everyone, whether it is swimming, an evening BBQ or a relaxing night watching movies on the large screen TV. Best of all, it is located close enough to all of Orlando's major them parks, especially Disney, to allow for an afternoon retreat before heading back for an evening in the parks. The best of both worlds - luxury accommodations and a great location. Count on great service as well and a quick response to any inquiry, including last minute requests.
