Our condo home has the ultimate in amenities and conveniences. Our entire goal is to make you feel refreshed and relaxed from the moment you cross our threshold. Our hassle-free “no check in” is just the first of many “ah ha” moments you will have while staying with us. Don’t wait in line at the lobby check-in desk, or worry about keeping track of your key. We offer a keyless entry and send all your registration documents to you electronically eliminating the need to talk to anyone after your long drive or plane ride. Just use the electronic lock code, which is uniquely yours, and your vacation, begins, literally, with the push of a few buttons.
That’s just the beginning! Our condo home comes with AMENITIES GALORE! We have made arrangements through Aquatic Adventures for your COMPLIMENTARY use of 2 BEACH CHAIRS, CUSHIONS & UMBRELLA during the beach season of 3/1 thru 10/31. Our unit is conveniently located on the 19th floor of Tower 1 (East tower) and just steps away from the east bank of high-speed elevators. The ocean view is spectacular from this vantage point. You can see dolphins/stingrays and all kinds of ocean life. You can even get an "up close" peak by using the BINOCULARS which we provide for your viewing pleasure!! Directly across from the street level of the east elevators is the in-house STARBUCKS - - so just steps from our unit!
We have tried to provide everything we could think of to make your stay as much like home as possible. We offer FULLSIZE BATH SOAP, SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER, BODY LOTION, SUNSCREEN AND BEACH TOWELS! The kitchen is stocked with basic cleaning supplies, dishwasher, dish and laundry soap, fabric softener, coffee/hot chocolate, liquid hand soaps, spices, cooking oils, foil, plastic wrap and microwave popcorn, paper plates, paper towels, napkins and salt & pepper and more! The refrigerator is stocked with condiments such as KETCHUP, MUSTARD, MAYONNAISE, BBQ SAUCE and a "starter pack" of WATER BOTTLES. There’s even a nice, chilled bottle of Aloe for evenings after too much sun!
The master and 2nd bedroom suites are both complete with top of the line bedding and towels. Both offer plush pillow top mattresses and 600 THREADCOUNT SHEETS. The master suite offers a specatular view of the ocean through the large bay window or step out onto the covered lanai, relax with your favorite beverage and watch the incredible sunsets. The huge master bath boasts a separate glass walk-in shower and sumptuous garden soaking tub. 2nd bath is also appointed with a deep soaking tub and shower. The hall alcove bunks are loved by young and old, alike, and the living room sofa converts to queen accommodations when needed.
The "home office" has WIRELESS & WIRED internet access (ETHERNET cable provided!) a PRINTER (USB cable provided) paper, pencils/pens/markers, flashlight, rubber bands, paper clips, scissors etc...
There are kids/adults GAMES, MOVIES & BOOKS. There's also a basic "FIRST AID" kit providing band aids, pain relief tablets, Neosporin, etc....
There are many other surprises that will truly make this feel like your home away from home.
RESERVATION DETAILS: We require a $200 reservation/security deposit to secure the dates. 50% of the rental rate is due 60 days prior to your arrival, and then the balance at 30 days prior. The $200 reservation/security deposit is fully refundable after 14 days from your departure provided there is no intentional damage and/or loss from our home. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover), personal checks & Paypal for payment. If you choose to use a credit card as your form of payment, we can simply hold the credit card on file as a security deposit in lieu of collecting additional cash once your reservation is paid in full.

We stayed here 24 - 31 July 2011 and the unit is better than advertised. The moment we walked in the door we knew it would be a great stay. The floor are tile except for the bedrooms which is something we look for, carpet at the beach doesn't match up well. The unit gives an overall clean feeling. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. There was detergent to wash clothes with, soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. There are ample amounts of towels for the bath. The owners include beach towels along with two beach chairs and umbrella that are arranged with the beach rentals at the condo. This is a great savings because if you've been to Emerald Beach before the chairs and umbrella are not cheap. The view from the 19th floor is magnificant. The unit is located 20 steps from the elevators on the east end of the building. The beds are of the utmost comfort with great sheets which is a wonderful surprise if you travel. There wasn't a softball tournament in town this week which really cut down on the traffic both inside and outside of the complex. We hardly ever waited for an elevator and didn't stop at every other floor. A big plus is the number punch lock on the front door..no cards or keys to keep up with and the lock can be programmed to your personal number. The owners go out of their way to make the stay as relaxing as possible from the first contact to the last day of the stay. I couldn't think of anything I would change about this unit. We intend to stay in this unit as often as possible.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This Emerald Beach condo was all it claimed to be - and much, much more! Eyeballing the decor was a pleasant, upbeat experience, because the colors, artwork, and the many, many conveniences and extras all led me to one conclusion: This would be a relaxing, yet also stimulating, experience. It was obvious that the owners had provided many of the same amenities that they would incorporate into their own home, and experiencing these well-thought-out extras for five days helped me understand and appreciate their family values. In fact, our young grandchildren, vacationing in another Emerald Beach condo, both exclaimed that they wished they were staying in our condo instead! Not only that, but their other grandmother stopped by to visit, too, and she noticed the quality and comfort of the furniture as well as the cheery appearance overall. My husband and I very much appreciated the cushioned beach chairs and umbrella, and I took advantage of one of the swimming pools and hot tubs. Not only would I recommend this property to my friends and relatives, but we plan on making it our personal place to stay in Panama City Beach! We had so many family activities planned that we didn't do too much sightseeing. However, our family really enjoyed going to the Pier Park mall, where we had dinner al fresco, followed by a side trip to the candy and ice cream store there! We also recommend the weekend breakfast buffet at the All-American Diner just half a mile west of the condo. We had the perfect ending to our family's travel experience on Mothers Day: the local dolphins put on quite a show for us! The sunsets were awesome, too.

I've been meaning to send you an email to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. It's beautiful!! This is only our 2nd year going to Panama City and we had a great time and even better the weather was absolutely gorgeous all week. Again, you have a beautiful place and the view is breath taking.
