The IRON HORSE RESORT is a full-service SKI-IN SKI-OUT Resort. The Iron Horse is located at the foot of the mountain, secluded in the pine forest between the bases of the Winter Park and the Mary Jane ski areas. It is located about 1500 feet uphill on The Corridor ski trail, away from the hustle and bustle of the Winter Park village. The resort has an indoor-outdoor pool, two large hot tubs, fitness center with weight room and cardio machines, steam room, and a massage center. There is a ski shop at the resort to rent or purchase equipment. The Jane Creek Grill is a cozy restaurant and lounge on-site.
The condo sleeps up to 4 people--two on a queen-size Murphy bed and two on a full-size sofa sleeper. It is very comfortable for three adults or two adults and two kids. It is located on the first floor, opens to a large patio, and is just steps away from the fitness center and hot tubs. There are great views of the Continental Divide from the condo.
Other condo amenities include 32-inch flat screen TV, wireless internet access, an alarm clock with iPod docking station, DVD player, premium cable TV, gas fireplace, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, iron and a sled for the kids (sledding hill is right next to the condo building).
$50 cleaning fee per stay and $350 refundable security deposit.
Non Smoking Unit, No Pets, Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Tax is 8.9%. The refundable key deposit is $75.
