Our 2,900 Sq.Ft. split-level home features an open style living area located on the beautiful Tahoe Keys, views of Heavenly Valley, it's own private 2-boat dock and large fenced yard.
The house is fully equipped with all of the comforts of a luxury home. It has four bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and sleeps eight to ten people. Amenities include a large full newly updated kitchen, a beautiful stone fireplace in the living room, Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, large deck with BBQ, digital cable and large 62-inch DLP TV, WiFi Internet, Bose home theater stereo, VCR and washer/dryer.
Neighborhood:
Tahoe Keys features a private beach, marina, restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, Jacuzzi gym, playgrounds and more. Located in South Lake Tahoe, you are minutes away from the casino nightlife and the world-renowned ski resorts. Summer fun features boating, parasailing, water-skiing, excellent fishing, hiking, biking, and just going to the beach. A number of golf courses are also nearby.
Other Information:
In the summer, your private dock provides plenty of space for your speed boat!
For renters, the pedal boat is included. No smoking please. Maid visits can be arranged for a nominal fee. Snow removal in winter and garden care in summer included.

Family vacation with boat

Great house for 4 adults and 5 children. Used the boat daily for tubing and water skiing. Never used the spring wet suits we bought the grandchildren, lake water was comfortable.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

Great house. Much more spacious than the pictures imply. Fenced backyard was great for two large dogs. Layout was perfect as kids could enjoy downstairs when parents wanted to relax in upstairs master's suite. House was well stocked with supplies and very clean. Dock came in handy for enjoying waverunners. Location is very centralized for all South Tahoe activities. The lagoon atmosphere was very peaceful and we enjoyed the ducks, geese and bald eagle! Great stay.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We stayed in this home for New Year's week. It is wonderful! The kitchen is fantastic--very well equipped and updated. The location is great--Close to snow activities. We even were able to use the community indoor pool.All three generations loved it! The fenced yard was great for our pooch. Thank you! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week vacation! The house was clean and spacious. The yard was fenced and nicely kept which offered a great place for kids to play. Also another plus is the open meadow across the street. Everything was centrally located, the grocery store, renting a boat or jet ski's was conviently located in the Keys complex, and it was only a short drive to the casinos. Also, the owners were always responsive to any questions we had. We would definately recommend this wonderful vacation house to our family and friends.
