This charming 100-year-old renovated Victorian has a delightful ambience found only in the older homes: high ceilings, leadlights, many of the original fittings and lots of light. There are three gorgeous bedrooms and two full baths, all tastefully refurbished including a romantic master suite with king bed, a Juliet balcony and an ensuite bath with clawfoot tub. Upstairs consists of a bath with washer and dryer, glass enclosed shower and spa bath, and cute bedroom with its own adjoining attic. Wood floors on main level with Persian rugs, a queen sized bedroom, living room with fireplace and fully-equipped kitchen.
As one of Boulder's original duplexes there is also available a competely self-contained 2 bedroom, 1 full bath unit with a modern kitchen, spacious living room, W/D, cable and Wifi, and small fenced yard with seating that may be available in addition to or separately. Inquiries welcome.
Coveted location gives access to all the best Boulder has to offer. Fabulous restaurants all within a short stroll, sidewalk cafes for your morning latte, and a stroll down the mall perhaps just to sit and enjoy the street performers, log on to to your laptop with free WiFi, or to browse the array of boutiques.
Enjoy the great outdoors by a jogging or hiking to the open space just up the street. Or you may prefer to jump on your bike rented from University Bicycles just around the corner and take a ride along Boulder Creek on the bike path that circumnavigates most of the town. The library, CU, courthouse are all a short stroll away.
In the evening dine out or you may wish to grab a gourmet pizza to take home to bake from Nick 'n Willy's, just down the block. Lolita's 24-hour convenience store is 100 yards away.
Although there is off-street parking you can leave your car at home and not miss it.

Your hosts Lorraine Moller and Harlan Smith are long-time residents of Boulder. Lorraine is a former marathon runner with credentials that include: winner of 16 international marathons including the Boston Marathon, 4 time Olympian, and winner of the bronze medal in the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona. Lorraine and Harlan welcome athletes of all abilities and ages, as well as those who wish to just relax and enjoy the beauty of Boulder.

We believe this is the best location in Boulder, quiet residential and yet so close to downtown on one side and open space on the other. We live in this neighborhood and are on hand to make sure you come under the 'curse' of Chief Niwot - that once you stay in Boulder you are always compelled to return.
