This home can be your base for enjoying live music in the heart of the Delta. For those Elvis fans, it is only a little over an hour drive to Graceland. The house is approximately 1000 square feet and has a large yard with huge magnolia trees as well as a small fenced area for a pet.

Follow the blues trail to the historic sights like the Stovall plantation where Muddy Waters grew up and Sonny Boy Williamson's II gravesite. Take a guided canoe trip on the Mississippi and fish for catfish. Try out BBQ and southern cooking at the local restaurants.

$125-150/night .. (plus 7% Mississippi sales tax/lodging tax).
Two night minimum and a $50 cleaning fee per stay.
50% deposit upon reservation, balance due 30 days prior to reservation date.

*Special - $99 per night with a 3 night minimum stay excluding festival weekends.
