Thanksgiving on the Beach

Great location! This is a secure building only steps away from the pier and the beach (literally steps). The kitchen had everything we needed, and more. The master bedroom closet has a ton of beach toys, chairs, and beach towels. From the patio you can sit with a cup of coffee and see the surf. At night you can make your way to hot tub after. Our only regret was not locking up our bikes in the garage and finding out the next morning they had been stolen from the boardwalk bike racks. It was a great experience and one I would recommend to anyone wanting some fun and relaxation.
Owner response:Thanks for the nice comments.

The owner did a great job of making sure that everything ran smoothly. We enjoyed the location and condo amenities. While having coffee on the deck, I even saw some friends leaving Kono's Cafe (a must for breakfast) that I had not seen in 10+ years. We had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a fun place right at the beach. (You can see the Pier entrance and Kono's from the deck). Perfect location. Will work well for a guy's outing or small family (4 people no problem). Probably not a great selection for anyone high maintenance (but you should not go to PB if you are high maintenance). P.S. Great shower pressure for those that care about that kind of thing. The only negative was the slow elevator (probably seemed slower because I was always so anxious to hit the beach). Really good value and great location.
Owner response:Thanks much. Glad everyone had a great time

"This condo is everything and more as is listed on the site. It is crystal clean, well stocked, and has comfortable beds with high quality bedding. The secure garage, immediate access to beach/pier/boardwalk, many great restaurants and grocery store two blocks away make it a great choice for Pacific/Mission Beach. All our communications with the owner were quick and clear."

My family used to stay at Crystal Pier and we are very familiar with the area. Unfortunately, the Pier has gotten too expensive but, this condo was a great value. The secure entrance and garage was a wonderful added safety feeling and the unit itself is very nice. The beds are comfortable and the towels are plush,if you are inclined to cook the kitchen has alot of the things you would need. We, however, ate out alot. It was so nice to be by the beach and the freeway access is10 mins. away. We will definately recommend this condo to anyone.

This is a fabulous location! The condo was very equipped and clean. The owner was very helpful in giving us ideas. This is not a party house though it is very close to all the bars and restaurants in Pacific Beach. I would highly recommend this condo for anywone wanting to visit the area. It was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in this great Condo, the furnishings were excellent, the space perfect and the location even better still. You are right in the middle of everything you need and just steps from the beach too. We spent no time worrying about where we were and the time flew by. Thanks to the Burns who care about what their condo provides, we loved our stay in San Diego and the Condo made the time even better.

This place is fabulous! The moment we arrived it felt like we were in paradise. The location is truly close to every thing. You are within walking distance to all the shopping, beautiful ocean beach and restaurants galore. The condo is wonderfully furnished, very welcoming, it feels like coming home. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up any meal. All the modern convenieces of home. They even provided sand toys and boogie boards. This place is as good as it looks in the pictures. The balconies are a great place to relax and people watch. No need to over pack, they have thought of everything. The hubby is very particular about his car and the parking garage is great and secure. There no need to worry about door dings. The owner's were terrific, they called the day of our arrival to see if we arrived ok and to see if there were any questions or needed anything. They even called about our departure. They are terrific. I showed the place off to several families travel with to San Diego and they all want to stay there next year. We'll be back to enjoy another great vacation! Hats off to the owners they thought of everything to make your vacation stress free.

This condo made the vacation! The parking spot, location, garbage chute, towels, iron and ironing board, dishes, microwave and toaster, towels, linens, landline, closet space, cable, 2 balconies, and 2 full baths really made this feel like a "home away from home." The Burns' were completely accessible throughout the trip and helped us feel comfortable and secure in our decision. A great find!
