BEAUTIFUL 3 BED/ 3 BATH VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL CLOSE TO DISNEY AREA
Welcome to my home in Sandy Ridge community. With its 2 MASTER EN-SUITES bedrooms; TWIN Bedroom and convertible queen sofa, it is suitable for 2 couples as well as a family vacation; comfortably sleeping 6-8.
Sandy Ridge is built at the edge of a conservation area, but is well positioned for all of Orlando's many attractions being less than 5 minutes from I-4. Whilst close to the action - DISNEY MAINGATE & SEA WORLD are 10-20 minutes away and UNIVERSAL STUDIOS around 35 minutes - it remains peaceful, especially when relaxing in your PRIVATE POOL area.
The home is fully air conditioned, plus there are paddle fans in each of the Bedrooms; Family room & Lanai. The well appointed bedrooms have plenty of storage space. The KING & QUEEN bedrooms are both EN-SUITE with walk in double shower; in the bedroom is a TV & DVD PLAYER; RADIO ALARM CLOCK; Walk-in Closet & Drawer Space; a HAIRDRYER can be found in the bedside table. The TWIN bedroom has DISNEY MP3 Speaker; Built-in Closet & Drawer Space. In addition to the EN-SUITE Bathrooms, there is a 3rd 'Family' Bathroom (shower over tub) opposite the twin bedroom.
The comfortable Family Room with Formal Dining area leads into the open plan Kitchen.
Soft seating is grouped before the entertainment centre; here there is a TV & DVD PLAYER; X-Box 360 (US version) & PS2 (UK version), plus a couple of games for each; a CD PLAYER; small DVD & CD Library; plus books & games. In the Formal Dining area, the table will seat 6 & there are 2 stools at the breakfast bar plus a highchair if required. The kitchen is equipped for self catering with Fridge Freezer; Oven & Hob; Dishwasher; Microwave; Blender etc; or if you prefer to eat out, there are restaurants too numerous to list just a short drive away.
Outside is a covered Lanai with table & chairs for that al fresco drink, this leads on to the PRIVATE POOL, Pool Towels are provided & there is a guard fence for the safety of little ones. The Pool can be heated in cooler months (extra charge) & has underwater lighting for that relaxing swim after a long day of retail therapy or at the parks. For the GOLFERS out there, CHAMPIONSHIP GATE & REUNION courses are within a couple of minutes drive away.
There really is something for everyone in central Florida and I hope you enjoy your visit to my home.

We arrived at your beautiful home on Tues.The driving directions were great. We settled in and headed to the supermarket for our supplies. The area is so quiet and relaxing. Our son has autism and after the hustle and bustle of the theme parks he loved to go HOME and play in the pool. Your holiday home was better than expected.Beautiful villa in quiet area but close enough to disney attractions to keep travel to a minimum. Publix was only 5 min away and sold all we needed. Your directions from the Airport were good, but it would help if you could add East or West on the i4.

Hi Lesley We really enjoyed our trip and the stay at the villa. The villa was spectacular, very neat and clean. It had all necessary amenities you need when you are away from home. X-BOX and PS2 games really helped keeping my kids busy! I would definitely use it again if in the town and also would recommend to my friends and colleagues.
