6 of us stayed here for a spring break ski vacation -- The location really is perfect. two lifts right outside the building -- one to lots of green runs, and another to the top of peak 8 which gets you anywhere else. Everything just as described. Take advantage of the resort-run free shuttle service -- fast and friendly, pretty much anywhere in town you'd need to go.

My brother, his wife, their two kids and my mother in law as well as myself all stayed in this very spacious condo minutes from the ski lift on Peak 9. The condo had more than enough room, it was very clean and we had a great time! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your condo Kelli and for letting us switch the dates without a hitch! We will be back next year.

Great resort & nice condo. Condo needs updating & maintenance. CD player & DVD player were broken. Dishwasher is so old its hard to open & shut the bottom drawer. Sliding glass door is OFF the track - hard to open & close. But very comfortable & homey & clean & a nice place to be. Great views & this resort is always wonderful.
Owner response:Thanks for letting me know about the maintenance issues, and I'm really sorry to hear the DVD/CD player wasn't working for you. I'll speak with maintenance to get all of those issues fixed. Glad you enjoyed your time and hope you'll stay with us again! ~Kelli **Update -- all items have been fixed :-)

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was very conveniently located to the slopes for our ski vacation. The teens especially enjoyed all of the extra amenities: pool, hot tub, wireless internet in the lobby, etc... Would definitely recommend this unit for a family vacation.
Owner response:Dawn, thanks for the review. I'm glad your family enjoyed your time in our condo, and hope you'll come stay with us again! ~Kelli

We have stayed in this unit for the past two years between Christmas and New Years. It is in a great location and really a great place. The owners are wonderful to work with. I have suggested this condo for several of my friends traveling to Breckenridge.

My family really enjoyed staying here! The condo's layout was great for our family with young kids. Everyone had enough space and privacy. The building has fantastic amenities including great pools and hot tubs, ski lockers and free shuttle service. Walk out of the building right out to the slopes!

Technically, not a ski-in/ski-out, because you have to walk through several buildings to get to the unit. However, it is convenient, and the kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, and game room. The unit is two floors, so the bedrooms are extremely warm (hot) at night. Pack summer pjs. The unit is well priced and clean. It is nicely updated.
Owner response:Linda, thanks so much for taking the time to write a review! If anyone would like more information about the layout of the many resort amenities, including the pool, hot tubs, game room, and the Beaver Run Super Chairlift, please email me and I'll send you a resort map. Thanks! ~Kelli

My family rented this condo in August 2011. The condo itself was clean and exactly as described. The photos that are posted on VRBO are an extremely good representation of the unit. The views were wonderful. On top of everything else, owner Kelli was very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
Owner response:Thanks for the nice review! So glad you guys enjoyed your trip, and hope you'll come back again! ~Kelli

I went to Breckenridge with my parents, sister, brother-in-law, and my husband for our annual family ski trip. The condo was amazing!! It is very spacious - perfect that there are two floors to separate the bedrooms from the living area. Brand new bathrooms, and everything was so clean and taken care of. It is very comfortable; we all felt right "at home." The view of the slopes was gorgeous. The resort is like its own community, and it has everything you need. The resort also has a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up from anywhere downtown. My husband and I drove up to Breck from Denver, but did not have to use our car once. Lastly, the owners are so kind and a pleasure to work with. They really went above and beyond for us! We look forward to staying there again.

We had a fabulous time in Breckenridge. The condo was wonderful. Perfect location. We could walk to town easily. I loved the shuttle that was available for free. We used it in the evening to take us to dinner and pick us up when we were done. All you had to do was call them and they were right there. We hiked around Lake Cataract. It was an easy hike and the wild flowers were gorgeous. Beautiful waterfall. We went to the Bluegrass and Beer Festival in Keystone, just a short drive. What fun!! Lots of people, good music and food. 30 micro breweries handed out samples!! The restaurants in Breckenridge were great!! Didn't have a bad meal!! It rained in the afternoon everyday around 3:00pm . The storm just blew threw and then the sun came out again! We had a fabulous time and will be back for sure!

Highlights: Waking up every morning to enjoy the scenery...mountains and pine trees filled up with snow. We took lots of pictures! Kids skied the whole mountain in our 9 days' stay. Thanks for all the ameneties, this is a very cozy place. We enjoyed the "girly movies" and board games; the place was in mint condition! Free shuttle service downtown was definitely a plus!

Enjoyed the gondola ride, walking down main street, and making home cooked dinner, too! We played in the snow, went shopping, and enjoyed the torch parade down the mountain and New Year's Eve fireworks from the balcony.

We had a great time. The condo was clean,in a great location (walking distance to main street) and had great views. We went to the fun park, horseback riding, white river rafting, golfing and even took a day trip to the air force academy and pikes peak.Good for a summer trip and it looks like great location for a ski trip as well. We would definitely stay here again.
