If you've been looking for a place to stay near the Talladega Speedway with all of the city conveniences, YOU HAVE FOUND IT! Known by our gang as "Granny's House" because of its homey feel, this house is less than two blocks from Quintard Avenue ("the main strip") in Oxford, Alabama. In case you aren't familiar, Oxford is the location of the majority of motels, shopping and good restaurants nearest the Talladega track.

The house is quaint and accommodating with three bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom has a queen bed, two bedrooms have full beds, and there is a very comfy fold-out futon in the den. With this fold-out, the place can sleep 8 with no problem. There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer for your convenience. Covered carport parking for two vehicles and open driveway space for two additional vehicles is available.

The main attraction, Talladega Superspeedway, is just a couple of exits down I-20, about 15 minutes from the house. In race traffic, extra time should be allotted, of course, but still VERY close. You will be right in the middle of restaurants and shopping when you are away from the track. The Quintard Mall is walkable from the house (about 3 blocks), as are many excellent restaurants (Red Lobster and Great Chinese to mention just two of the closest). GLORIOUS WAL-MART IS 5 MINUTES AWAY!!! There is plenty of night-life in next-door Anniston, and for adventure/outdoor seekers, Mt. Cheaha and Logan Martin Lake are both just a few miles away for hiking, biking, boating, and fishing. Cider Ridge golf course is just 10 minutes away and several other courses are within an easy drive, including RTJ Silver Lakes.

This beats the heck out of a couple of cramped little motel rooms and is available for less than many motels are charging for two rooms miles further away! Come join us RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF OXFORD and be close to everything!

$350/night (3 night min) .. $1750/week (Any 7 nights).
(In event of race postponement, additional night will be provided at no charge)
$300 refundable reservation/security deposit due within 7 days of booking and will
be refunded after check-out and inspection. NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT FOR CANCELLATION.
Rent for entire stay (in addition to deposit) due a minimum of 7 days prior to
check-in and is refundable if canceled at least 7 days before check-in. NO RENT
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN.
