A beautiful home built in 1961 in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright. Using his vision of sharing the space with nature, the home uses the natural shape of the hillside and wraps around trees to incorporate the natural beauty of the area.
The home is split into three levels, with each level having access for the handicapped from the outside. It has a Master bedroom with a Kingsize bed, private dressing room and bath, with its own deck and two walls of windows to bring the outside in. One of the other bedrooms has a loft bed and private bath, and the Commons hosts a shared cubby style split bedroom with twin beds, and a pull out sofa in the Common room.
The kitchen has stainless appliances with a fabulous stainless steel countertops and an eat-in kitchen. There is a private dining room, and a separate deck for the kitchen dining room area. There are two seating areas, a lanai with private patio and a formal living room with handmade and carved double front doors. The powder room is accessible from this end of the house. This is a lovely home for relaxation, or for any social occasion.
