  Hi Ross Just back from our fantastic holiday in Florida! I wanted to thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa which was all you said it was and more. We had plenty of space, despite there being 11of us, and made good use of the pool and BBQ. The children loved the pool in the morning whilst we had breakfast and the games room was put to good use by the older 'children'! We saw the fireworks from the pool and I can honestly say we're all wowed by the picture perfect surroundings. I would recommend your villa to everyone. Thanks again

  Ross, Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for a second year! We LOVE your home! The photos really don't justify the home and all the room inside. We came to LOVE the pool and hot tub in the evenings with the views of the stars and the moon and the palm trees swaying in the wind overhead. Such a wonderful way to relax! Thanks for all the updates this year. A great idea to put a king in the 2nd master suite! You may want to get your renters a key for the sidewalk gates coming into and out The Abbey...with the new locks we could get in but not out which meant we had to crawl under the gate. lol I am thinking that maybe the new locks were a recent "addition" because e weren't the only ones in the subdivision crawling under the gate to take a walk outside The Abbey. lol Also, we used the fitness room in the clubhouse everyday but it was always too warm for a workout room. You may want to talk to the HOA about doing something about the temp in there. The fitness room at the clubhouse is another reason why we love your home! Your home is always our first choice if and when we are in the Orlando area! You have always been so easy to work with and so accommodating, Such a blessing to us! Thanks again! We will absolutely return in the future if we are in the Orlando area!

  The pictures do not do the house justice! We went with 9 people - 4 adults and 5 teenagers and had plenty of room. The house was clean and well stocked with everything. The kids loved the games room. The pool/spa and deck were beautiful and large. Ross was a pleasure to deal with at all times, on all levels. We enjoyed the fireworks at night from the deck. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big enough and everything was neat and tidy. I would recommend this house to absolutely anyone. You will not be disappointed. It is fantastic and like I said about the pictures, it's even better when you are there!!

  We spent a week in this gorgeous home with 5 kids!! It was an overall wonderful experience for all of us!. We loved the location, how close we were to all the Theme Parks and local amenities. Completely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you Ross for all your efforts to make this as simple and wonderful as possible. Would definately go back!!

  Hi Ross Thanks for the email! Where do we start!!!! we had the best holiday EVER!! We had the time of our lives and on returning we all still have the holiday blues,your beautiful villa helped to make our stay the best holiday any of us had ever had.Even before going we didn’t realise what a fantastic place you had we felt so at home and you had everything we needed.The children loved the pool and the view was the best we could have had,The villa was so spacious we never felt like we were on top of each other at all.We most definitely will be returning in years to come.Thank you for helping to make our Disney experience so special we shall carry those memories forever, it really was a holiday of a lifetime and I have already recommended you to many families planning that special trip.We will find it very hard to beat the amazing time we all had, so a big thank you from all the Collyers,I will stop going on now I could go on all day everyone is very bored of hearing about it. many thanks Stacy x

  As a family we have stayed in numerous villas in the Orlando area and this by far has been the best. Great location and very well appointed, plenty to keep the kids busy, and a lovely pool and surrounding deck area. Thanks to Ross for his help with a straight forward booking and with answering any questions promptly. Thanks again.

  Hi Ross, just a short note to say we had a fantastic time in your villa in The Abbey, West Haven. The difference staying in a beautiful villa to a hotel is no comparison, even with 8 other people it wasn't a bother for everyone to have their own privacy and what a joy it was to have the pool to come back to after some tiring days at the parks, also we would like to thank you very very much for all the help you gave us while we were over there, it was very much appreciated :) We have already recommended your villa to anyone that has enquired about where we stayed. We have definitely saved your website for when we go back again!!! Finally, thank you for refunding our security deposit so quickly. We hope Terry found the villa to be of a high standard after we left and enjoyed the beers that we left in the fridge!!!!
