Usually the answer is location, location, location but with our home it is not only our location (only 10 minutes to Disney) but also crucially that our beautiful home is so private and not overlooked!
The very last thing you need when you arrive at your dream holiday Villa full of expectation is to have another Villa backing directly on to you with the resulting lack of privacy and noise at all hours of the day from their Pool. That is what makes our home so special. There is NO house behind you, just our huge extended Deck, beautiful Pool, huge 6 foot Spa, Gas BBQ and a stunning view of a Conservation Area and Lake with views of the Disney Fireworks from the Magic Kingdom every night.
Add to this that there are only 58 homes in our gated Community and you can see why The Abbey is so popular. Nothing but nothing compares to stepping from the downstairs Master on to our Deck at 7.45 in the morning to watch the sky full of Hot Air Balloons lazily drifting over our Conservation Area!! It truly has to be seen to be believed!!
When you then consider the standard of our Management Team, the incredible list of equipment such as 8 T.V's, Dressed Windows, Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball and Table Tennis, Broadband 7 mbps Internet PC, Wi-Fi, Home Cinema System, Spa, Balcony, Gas BBQ, 3 DVD Players, Ceiling Fans throughout and the fact that we so close to all attractions, then you can see why the same guests return year after year. It is possible to watch the entire Fireworks show (which starts at 10.00 p.m.) in the Magic Kingdom, walk down Main Street, USA, take the Monorail to the Car Park, take the Mickey Train to your car section, find your car and drive back to our house and be in the Spa with a Cold Beer by 11.00 p.m.....I know because I have done it!!!
Every year when we visit Orlando, our Villa gets better and better! We reinvest in it every year so that in summer 2008 we have added window dressings downstairs with dressings also in the two Masters. We have boosted our Internet speed to 7 mbps. We have added Free calls to all of the U.S. and Canada. Our reason for constantly upgrading is to ensure that our guests return again and again!

Why the Owner Chose The Abbey at Westhaven
As a family we love Orlando. The climate, attractions and the cheap flying (one of my hobbies) made it a simple decision to buy there! The Abbey is a stunning Community and out of all the choices available to me it was an easy decision with its fantastic views, huge space and the fact that it was so close to everything. We paid for a premium lot to give us that amazing view whilst also installing a Spa and Balcony all of which are items I would love to have myself if I was renting a Villa. In simple terms, I would expect a high standard if I was renting a house myself and that is the standard I give to our guests at The Abbey!
The Unique Benefits at this House
I love the fact that every morning at about 7.45 a.m. the sky over The Abbey is filled with Hot Air Balloons! In the evening, you can listen to the amazing chorus of frogs and crickets close to the lake. The whole house is so large and spacious with massive Pool Deck. The spaciousness is fabulous and the house is so well designed that when I have to leave to travel back to Ireland to my home, I am missing it before I even leave!!

Hi Ross, just a short note to say we had a fantastic time in your villa in The Abbey, West Haven. The difference staying in a beautiful villa to a hotel is no comparison, even with 8 other people it wasn't a bother for everyone to have their own privacy and what a joy it was to have the pool to come back to after some tiring days at the parks, also we would like to thank you very very much for all the help you gave us while we were over there, it was very much appreciated :) We have already recommended your villa to anyone that has enquired about where we stayed. We have definitely saved your website for when we go back again!!! Finally, thank you for refunding our security deposit so quickly. We hope Terry found the villa to be of a high standard after we left and enjoyed the beers that we left in the fridge!!!!

Hi Ross, We just returned home from our great vacation in Florida. The house was amazing - just perfect for our family. You were right - the children just wanted to stay at home and swim and play.
