Ahh...picture yourself...under the roof top palapa...drink in hand...soft music...ocean breezes...watching the Cabo sunset and whales spouting in the sea. It has been a long day at the beach and relaxation is the only matter at hand.
This villa is located just 3 miles from downtown Cabo San Lucas with incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. There are not many places on earth where you can view the sunrise and the sunset from the same terrace.
Built in 2004, this villa is in like new condition. You will be greeted by beautiful gardens, complete with roses, gardenias and hibiscus. Extraordinary plants adorn the villa to add to the relaxing atmosphere. The welcoming, enclosed garden area will greet you each day after your travels.
In the master suite there is a king bed with a pillow top mattress, a sitting area, a private bath (with bidet) and secluded balcony.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow top mattress, television and private access to the main bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom on the garden level has a double bed, a set of bunk beds and a queen size air bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those evenings when you want to be the chef. We can also provide you with a chef, for an additional fee, for an evening of dining in.
The formal dining room seats 8. There are also 2 terrace sets, one by the pool and another on the rooftop, each seating 8, for outside dining.
With the extra large patio doors, the living and dining rooms seem to spill out onto the pool terrace.
You can safely access the roof top with a regularly angled staircase. And once you are up there you won't want to come down. It is private, has a bar with running water and a hammock. And the view is priceless!
The secluded, sandy cove is located just a short 10 minute walk through quaint lanes within the Cabo Bello development. Here you will find some of the best snorkeling available in the Cabo area. You will not be bothered by any vendors on this beach. We do have a minimal amount of snorkel gear available for your use.
There is an an apartment with a private entrance that is not available for rent.
We can arrange for a driver to meet you at the airport in San Jose for a nominal fee.
