Why the Owner Chose Other South Padre Island Properties

My husband and I love this location. We live in the adjacent townhouse. There is a deep water dock that has underwater lights that are great for night fishing. It will also accommodate a large 50' boat. We are on the mainland just across the causeway from South Padre Island. Although we are only 3 miles from the beach, we are right at the Laguna Madre bay which is awesome for fishing. Being on this side of the causeway is convenient because you don't have to get caught in traffic on the bridge and you are closer to Walmart, grocery store, and airport.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome

The benefits of staying here are the convenience of fishing, closer to the stores, across the street from the restaurant at the Yacht Club Hotel, only 3 miles to the beach, closer to the airport, and the home is so comfortable with your own elevator.
