You will find this beautiful and newly remodeled home to be an oasis situated in a quiet and private cul-de-sac. We are two miles from restaurants and stores and close to all ski resorts; Northstar and Mount Rose are 15 minutes away, Alpine and Squaw Valley are 30 minutes, and Diamond Peak is just 10 minutes away. You can walk out of the home to go for great hikes and snowshoe treks.
The beautiful and newly remodeled home has cathedral ceilings in the main room. There is an efficient wood burning stove to keep you toasty. It is equipped with cable TV, stereo, DVD, and CD player. A family room down the hall has a large 52 inch cable TV with a DVD player for quiet and private viewing.The full kitchen is a gourmet's delight with a professional style Thermador stove and oven, a large KitchenAid built in refrigerator, compactor, a quiet dishwasher, and most appliances to make any dish.
There are three bedrooms in the main area of the home. Fold out sleepers in the loft and in the family room. The main area of the home will sleep up to 10 people. The loft is a great office area with DSL modem. The home also has a wireless connection. There is a two person Jacuzzi in the master bathroom and a hot tub in one of the three large decks. The deck off the dining room is equipped with a gas BBQ.
There is a separate 800 square foot in-law unit with its own kitchen, also fully equipped, and a bathroom. It is perfect for another couple looking for privacy.
