An expansive California-style ranch home, this designer home is perfect for entertaining a large group. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms are spread over 4000 square feet on one level. There are two master suites each with a queen-size bed, private bath, fireplace, and private entrance.
The other two bedrooms are situated between the suites and have direct access to the large great room and kitchen. One bedroom has two twin beds (can be converted to a king upon request) and the other bedroom has two double beds. The great room also has a working fireplace. There is a six-person spa and powder room off the main master suite. The kitchen is well-equipped and has lots of plates, glassware, and utensils. There is a breakfast area off of the kitchen. There is also a separate dining area.
The back of the house has all glass doors overlooking a large private manicured pond. There are multi-level patios and lawn areas between the house and the large meandering stairs down to the pond. Exterior spot lights illuminate the pond for evening parties.
