Our home's name is 'Summit Peaks' and is the trophy home in the area! Over four years in the construction, Master Builder Steve Wilson spared no expense when creating this masterpiece. Some of the logs measure 24 inches in diameter and over 250,000 pounds of Douglas Fir were used to complete this icon!
Summit Peaks is furnished with all the modern appliances and furnishings, including TWO sets of washers and dryers. All three of the common areas have pull-out sofas and huge 32 inch 'SONY TVs'. New Satellite 'DirecTv' service has also just been installed!
The main living area boasts view of 'Lake Dillion' and surrounding peaks as you sit in the warmth of the of an elegant gas stove. The main floor has unique individually cut pine flooring that makes the place even more comfortable.

Howdy everyone from the beautiful mountains of Colorado. My girlfriends and I just spent a wonderful weekend up in Summit County at the Summit Peaks South Lodge. Boy, is it a big place... a little guy like me could get lost with all the rooms. We spent most our time gabbing and playing games in the big, open family room. It's so cool with huge logs and windows everywhere. I mean, you can even see part of Lake Dillon out one of the windows. It sure was pretty watching the sun rise up over the lake and mountains in the distance.
We loved spending time outside too, since there were woods and trails everywhere. The lodge is backed by forest, so several of us took a long walk on Saturday. I was afraid I would get lost, but my girlfriends knew the way back. There are also trails down the road from the lodge too. Hiking is so much fun in Colorado. That's me enjoying the great outdoors in the picture. I spent much of my time outdoors sitting on the nice log porch. I kept waiting for the hummingbirds to visit, but I think I scared them away.
My friends and I spent several hours shopping at the Outlet Mall a ways down the road from the lodge. One friend even walked all the way down there just to get her Starbucks early Saturday morning. There's so much to see and do around this area. Everything is close by. Hope you can come visit here soon... plan on having a great time!

Free long distance and Wireless web access!! Summit Peaks Lodge SOUTH is a newly built 4,000 sq ft million dollar custom log home using over 250,000 lbs of Douglas Fir logs up to 24" in diameter. We just added a new Pool Table too! We can comfortably SLEEP 24 people in SIX bedrooms (with 17 comfy beds in many configurations) and 6.5 bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub!). As an alternative if you have a smaller group, guests can utilize just the main house with 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, or just the apartment unit that has it's own kitchen and sleeps 4 with one bathroom. Over 4 years in contruction, Master Builders has spared no expense to make this the trophy home of the area. The newest addition to the Summit Peaks Lodge is a huge luxurious outdoor HOT TUB/SPA...the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day in any season. So that you will feel right at home, we have provided TWO sets of washers/dryers and huge 32" SONY TV's in the great rooms. Revolution Youth Retreat Trip – February 2010 13 JUN Revolution Youth from Denver, CO stayed at the Riverside Lodge in February, 2010. It was an awesome experience for the inner-city youth and the leaders! The house was perfect for group meetings, small break out sessions and was convenient to mountain fun. The house layout was incredible and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. I would highly recommend this lodge for any group or family retreat. It’s perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We definitely plan on returning!

We wanted to thank you for letting us use your lodges in Colorado! It was a great way to connect with family. We are a pretty close nit bunch; but had never spent that much time together; usually just a day at holiday times. We split up during the day and then in the evenings all of us gathered in the south lodge for supper and the evening. Our 90 year old mom really enjoyed the time. We were a bit worried that the altitude might get to her, but I think she did better than some of us younger ones! Hope you are enjoying your puppy and all is well with you and Sandy! Thanks again! As a large family we annually rent over the New Year holiday. We have stayed in this home more than once, as it is our favorite. The common space is fantastic for group games and discussions. The bedroom layout is ideal for families. The central location in Summit County is a plus. In addition, the owner, Brad is great to work with.

Brad was so easy to work with and he really was accomodating to our large group. We were all so pleased with the house - it was beautiful! We got hit with a snowstorm our first night there, and I think most of us were hoping to get snowed in an extra day! Thanks to Brad and everything he did to make our retreat a success! P.S. To Say WOW would be an understatment. Our kids initial response was, "Is this whole thing just for us?" This full log "log cabin" was in its finishing stage of a complete remodel so every thing was new and with every amenity you would expect. The amount of space is enormous and would be great for a multi-family reunion, business retreat or any group needing some private bedroom spaces,large gathering spaces, smaller living spaces and 2 full kitchens. Our week there was in the summer, and we found everything to be within a 5-25 minute drive from the house including biking, white water rafting, hiking, horseback riding, and gold mining. This is a great location for the Silverthorne, Breckenridge, Dillon, Keystone and even Vail areas.

Brad, Our family really enjoyed our stay at your log cabin property. It was very close to the shopping area, yet really gave us the feeling of being in the wilderness. We went on a short hike in the woods behind the property. My wife was very please with the kitchen and the way you have everything "ready to go". We had a once in a life time stay at Summit Peaks. We especially enjoyed accessing the National Forest from the back yard! Our friendly Red Fox visited each morning and we heard there was a resident Moose, but never saw him/her! Our favorite activity was hiking in Wildflower Basin at 11,000 feet above sea level and it was only 15 minutes away from Summit peaks! The next best were the summer festivals at each of the resorts! Thanks for the memories and we will be back!
