Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Off season (Sep-Apr): $ 100 per night / $675 per week
High season (May-Aug): $140 per night / $1,100 per week
Two-night minimum. Add $20 per person for parties larger than 2.
20 percent deposit required for reservation.
Payment due in full 30 days prior to check in.
Cancellation 30 days prior to check in receive full refund minus $25 fee.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior get refund minus fee based on rerental.
