Why the Owner Chose Calabay Parc at Tower Lake
As a family we love Orlando. The climate, attractions and the cheap flying (one of my hobbies) made it a simple decision to buy there! Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a stunning Community and out of all the choices available to me it was an easy decision with its fantastic views, huge space and the fact that it was so close to everything. We paid for a premium lot to give us complete privacy whilst also installing a Spa and Games Room all of which are items I would love to have myself if I was renting a Villa. In simple terms, I would expect a high standard if I was renting a house myself and that is the standard I give to our guests at Calabay Parc at Tower Lake!
The Unique Benefits at this House
I love the fact that every morning you can walk for two minutes to get to the boat dock at our Private Lake! In the evening, you can listen to the amazing chorus of frogs and crickets close to the lake. The whole house is so large and spacious with a massive Pool Deck. The spaciousness is fabulous and the house is so well designed that when I have to leave to travel back to Ireland to my home, I am missing it before I even leave!!

Hi Ross The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. I hope you find the house in perfect condition when the in-laws check out. I just wanted to thank you again for your information and help with our decision for lodging. It was very handy to chain of lakes ballfields.We actually had our son and 3 fellow team members for dinner one night. They enjoyed the pool as well as game room,a nice steak topped off their day.My son hit his first college home run.(Great job Ryan )It was a great escape. Thanks again. Hello Ross, We have just returned from a fantastic holiday - it was non stop! We thoroughly enjoyed your wonderful villa - the kids were never out the pool. Nicholas our oldest went fishing and caught the alligator!!! Of course the alligator got away but not without snapping the line and losing a float! It was quite an experience one that I am sure he will tell his grandkids!!!! I hope you all had a fantastic time too when you were there just before us

Ross & Family, Just a short note to let you know that you have a beautiful Florida home. We had plenty of room, liked where it was located and enjoyed the Pool & Hot Tub. The traffic is really something that we are not used to, 4 lanes going one way can get kind of scary! We loved all the Disney Parks, the Boggy Creek ride was fun. We just had fun the whole time. But I wanted to write to you to thank you for the use of your home for 10 days. Hopefully they found everything good after we left that Sunday morning. P.S. we did see "Terry" the Gator in the lake in the mornings. He came up to the dock really close that we could see him. Again thank you & your family

Hi Ross. Fantastic villa. So much so, kids were complaining after a while that we were 'forcing' them to go to the theme parks. All they wanted to do was stay in the pool or play fussball!
