Beautiful home, 4000 sq. feet w/ pool and jacuzzi, on two acres of land, of which one acre has been transformed into a park-like setting including lawns, walkways, patios, decorative waterfall w/brook and bridge, mature trees, plants, and landscape lighting.
The home features a kitchen w/dining area and computer work station, formal dining area, living room w/wood burning fireplace, great room, game room w/wet bar, laundry room, four bedrooms,three bathrooms plus separate guest quarters with kitchenette and bathroom.
ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:
Beautiful island kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, computer work station, radio/intercom, and informal dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for twelve persons.
Open floor plan w/ formal dining area adjacent to the living room with the wood burning fireplace.
Enormous great room w/ French doors accessing the pool area and back yard. 65" HDTV with HDVR DirecTv and HBO. Surround Sound Stereo. More than 1000 movies, and a book library is available for your entertainment pleasure.
Game room with pool table, darts, and a wet bar.
Huge master bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Sitting room and walk-in closet. Rolling shutters. 42" HDTV w/ HDVR DirecTv andHBO. Exit directly thru the French doors to the pool and therapeutic spa.
The master bathroom features a shower stall w/ three shower heads, his and her sinks, oversized garden tub, and a boudoir for the lady.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
As the home is located on a one-of-a-kind two acre corner property, it is extremely private and quiet. There are several hundred feet to the nearest neighbor, so you won't have curious neighbors peeking over the wall while you are enjoying the backyard.
Yet the home is conveniently located close to shopping. Local restaurants are plentiful, or visit one of at least seven "locals" casinos in the neighborhood. If you want to go to The Strip, jump on the freeway, and be at The Bellagio in 20 minutes. If you prefer nature, jump on the freeway again, and in 20 minutes you'll be in the beautiful Lake Mead Recreation Area with its famous Hoover Dam.
